I requested in an email to get the room at 12 noon and it passed perfectly and ready. A great hotel that my husband and I will stay 3 times a year when we come to Copenhagen. The hotel has friendly and helpful staff. Clean and absolutely fantastic location. I will use this hotel again.

Fantastic location, very welcoming with clean & classic modern decor.
One thing I wasn’t so keen on ( just my personal taste) the bed had a rather soft mattress so I didn’t get the best sleep.
I had a slight electrical fault with some lights not working the second day. Staff were extremely responsive & offered to move me when their attempts to resolve didn’t work. However I stayed put as the impact was pretty minimal. All in all great service

Everyone working on the reception desk was amazing, always ready to help u. It was clean and nice, modern. Heating was available and was working great. Coffee machine had exellent nespreso coffee. Nice minibar
When we arrrived in the room, there were not slippers available, but the problem was fixed the next day. The iron for clothes wasnt really working. The standard room had a big beam in front of us and it was not really pleasant to get up from the bed. For expensive hotel like this, the room of the hotel was really hard and not closing really well

The location is great for seeing main tourist things and very close to metro to reach anywhere else quickly. 15 mins by metro to the airport… ideal!

A hotel for those who want to be well located, the service is a difference, all the staff is very attentive. The rooms are small but functional and meet the needs well. The parking lot close to the hotel, which works in partnership with it, is excellent.
I just felt the lack of options such as bathrobes and slippers, as it is a more luxurious hotel.

the breakfast was so good and the location was very good..It was within walking distance to the canal, shops, and the seaside..
The room for two people was very small..Two people could hardly move....You had one bed in the opposite direction to the TV..
The next day was changed to another room with the price difference..
There was no bath slippers...I asked for it at the reception and it was given...

I've stayed in this hotel before, and the convienience of being in the middle of Copenhagen when I have business meetings is just nice.

- smallest bed ever! never seen anything like that for double room and when I asked to give a bit bigger bed for us , because I’m 198 cm they said that will charge +100€! this is nonsense!

excellent location and inspiring old style classic "colonial era" style of hotel with bellboys, marble tiles and crystal chandeliers
hotel logistics (laundry? restaurant?) were performed at 4 to 5 am which made significant noise .
