Die Lage zum Kongresszentrum ist optimal (direkter Übergang). Das Frühstück war äußerst reichhaltig und bietet eine große und wechselnde Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet ("skandinavisch schlicht") mit einer Kapselkaffeemaschine, jedoch ohne Wasserkocher oder Kühlschrank.
Ebenfalls nicht zur Zimmerausstattung gehört ein Duschvorleger, was ich in Anbetracht der bodentiefen Dusche und kalten Fliesen als Manko empfinde und stattdessen eines der beiden Handtücher "geopfert" habe. Aber Achtung: wer frische Handtücher und sein Bett gemacht haben möchte, muss dies an der Rezeption anmelden! Ansonsten passiert über den gesamten Aufenthalt im Zimmer ("aus ökologischen Gründen") nichts, was ich bei dem Preis (4-Sterne-Haus), vorsichtig ausgedrückt, überraschend finde.
Parken in der Tiefgarage ist teuer (ca. 20 Euro pro Tag), am Haus mit Parkapp günstiger, freies Parken in einiger Entfernung zum Hotel möglich.

Everyone was very friendly, hotel was sparkling clean, breakfast was delicious, walking distance to city.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but nearly to Aalborg City Center.
The hotel reception is open 24/24.
The room is large enough, the beds are very comfortables, there are all the facilities inside.
The breakfast was varied and plenty enough for everybody.
During the 5 days of our stay, wasn’t made any kind of cleaning inside our room, even if we didn’t put the message Don’t Disturb outside the door.
The sink was clogged from the 1st day… I presume was our mistake we didn’t notice the reception, but it’s also intolerable to assign a such non verified room to a guest…
We stayed on 232 room, that’s next door from the restaurant, so every morning, at 6:30 AM, were awakened by the hungry other people from the hotel…
The noise of the forks and knifes started on 6:30 AM and stopped around 9 AM, so it was impossible to sleep a little bit longer…

Great breakfast for myself and my family (kids under 10). Lots of vegan options. Better than expected! Good location (but I guess all locations are good since city is small). Clean room, good noise isolation.

There was a little fire in
the hotel. the staff was AMAZING, they took great care of their guests and provided with info updates regularly. It was not only a nice and comfy hotel, but the way the staff treated us made the difference! well done Scandic!

there was lime accumulated in the shower floor. looks like that was not clean at all when we arrived.

nice and clean, breakfast was amazing and somewhat quiet, however elevator broke during our stay and they were working on it in the morning, making noise but it didn’t bother us that much. We got a family room on the first floor and kids bunk beds were hood expect they hit their heads on the long edge. Beds are sort of like a Murphy bed that pulls out of the wall and it has a top shelf on which kids were hitting their heads at night if they got up. Other than that hotel was very nice and room was clean except carpet could’ve been vacuumed a bit better. Overall nice stay. we would come back there and recommend this hotel.
