La ubicación és muy buena, el aspecto y apariencia del hotel es bonito y el personal muy amable.

En primer lugar, si tienes la mala suerte de que te toque la habitación que da al patio interior del hotel donde hay un restaurante, no podrás descansar hasta pasadas las 23 de la noche. Tienen la musica a todo trapo todo el rato. En ese sentido, pedimos cambio de habitación y tuvimos suerte de que hubiese alguna disponible, pero a la que nos mandaron no le funcionaba la tv i no nos lo arreglaron en ningún momento El bufet del desayuno SUPER POBRE, cuatro cosas mal contadas, y si quieres algo con cara y ojos, toca pagarlo como extra. No hay telefono en la habitación para poder llamar a recepción, así que si necesitas algo te tocará bajar siempre. Te dan una llave que es un armatoste, y que te hacen dejar en recepción cuando te vas del hotel, así que si llegas y hay barullo de gente que acaba de llegar, armate de paciencia antes de que puedas subir a tu habitación. La sensación que me dio este hotel recién inaugurado es una enorme falta de coordinación y organización interna.

Bonito hotel, en especial el comedor, con estilo.

Nos dejaron en una habitación cerca del ascensor y junto a una puerta en el pasillo que golpeaba muy fuerte cada vez que pasaba alguien durante la noche y temprano en la mañana. Pedimos cambio, pero teníamos que preguntar al otro día y ya era pérdida de tiempo hacerlo después. Nos empezamos a preguntar si por reservar por Booking nos daban las habitaciones peor ubicadas. Desayuno carísimo, decidimos tomarlo en otro lugar.

Staff was so very friendly and helpful! Nicely renovated rooms and comfortable! Conveniently located to the center of Old Town Copenhagen...easy walking distance to Tivoli Gardens, City Hall, lots of nearby restaurants, and bike rentals just down the street! The restaurant downstairs was delicious! The oldest bakery in Copenhagen is a short walk and well worth it!

The bathroom was a little small, but totally functional.

Geen airco. Erg veel geld voor een redelijk karig ontbijt, met zelfs meerkosten voor speciale koffie of een gebakken eitje.

Das Hotel ist ganz neu rennoviert und sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage war außergewöhnlich. Das Restaurant Donna im Hotel scheint im Moment sehr angesagt zu sein. Es war immer sehr gut besucht und das Essen ist empfehlenswert!

Location is perfect, close to everything. Hotel reception and restaurant/bar look great. Good breakfast 07-10h. Elevator. Comfortable bed. Polite and willing to help staff (thank you, Simona!).

Expensive. Bad view, not to the street or inside the hotel, but to a kind of an internal yard. Also, there was a fire escape next to my window so I could not leave the window open for security reasons (room 403). Even if breakfast is buffet, some items are adds-on and have additional cost (like omelet, scrambled eggs, cappuccino). It’s the first hotel I see with such policy. You are not expecting it from a 4* hotel in the middle of CPH and at this price… And it is not even specified in advance. Not offering slippers or bathrobe. No window or ventilation in bathroom. Parts of the room were not properly cleaned. A bit cold in the room and bathroom. No hangers for wet used towels. After having a shower all bathroom gets full of water everywhere. Gym not available yet, door was always locked. No welcoming water. Overall, I was disappointed for the services provided for such a high cost.

Really good location, clean, bright and airy.

When checking in the receptionist asked if we wanted to pay more to upgrade as they had a free room - an odd business model for a newly opened hotel (usually I’ve been offered an upgrade free). A cleaning cloth had been left in the bed, and we weren’t convinced that the room had actually been made when we got back to the room. At check out there was a queue of people with one member of staff dealing with one couple, the other watching proceedings.

Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Das Hotel wurde komplett renoviert und hatte erst vor 2 Wochen Eröffnung. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, trifft man heutzutage kaum noch in diesem Umfang!

Es hat noch einzelne Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, aber nur sehr kleine Details. Bspw. hat es in der Dusche keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Schampoo, etc.

Brand new, fresh and tastefully decorated. Great location and very good value for money.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There was also no phone to call to reception and the bathroom was tiny.

O hotel era óptimo, o atendimento excelente, pessoas muito simpáticas, quarto confortável, muito bem decorado e a localização é excelente.

Csodás, új szálloda a városközpontban. Minden látványosság sétatávolságra. A szobánk kényelmes és világos, utcára néző ablakokkal. A reggeli bőséges és finom. Mivel a nyitás napján érkeztünk, a segítőkész és barátságos személyzet segített áthidalni az ebből fakadó problémákat. Mi bevezető áron foglaltunk, ami nagyon kedvező volt, de bármikor visszatérnénk.

Hiányzott a papucs, mert a padló hőmérséklete és a tusolás közben a zuhanyfüggöny miatt kicsapódó víz kellemetlen volt.

Posizione eccellente, struttura molto bella, appena ristrutturata. Letto molto comodo e stanza ampia. Ho apprezzato moltissimo che non ci fosse la moquette ma il parquet. Nella dotazione della stanza era presente un phon per capelli di grandezza normale (non quello piccolo che si trova solitamente), veramente utile per chi come me ha capelli molto lunghi. Inoltre i prodotti da bagno erano flaconi interi, biologici, di ottima qualità, compresa una crema corpo.

Avrei preferito il bagno un pochino più grande, ma comunque ci siamo adattati bene

A szálloda olasz étterme fantasztikusan finom. A lokáció nagyon jó, minden közel van,pár perces sétatávolságra.

A fürdőszoba elég pici.

The rooms are a little outdated but fine for what you need.

The hotel entrance is the only good thing we saw. The rooms are ancient. Window screwed shut, faulty shower...list goes on. Sent a Complaint to booking.com as we checked out after 15 hours but they have been shocking as per usual.

Lovely large comfy room, decor a bit haphazard but not a problem. Heating by radiators much more efficient than usual struggling a/c (it was cold in February). Breakfast good choice.

It doesn't need a full makeover just a little maintenance and making good the previous generations of bodges.

The hotel decor is tired . Needs an update . A communal area to have a drink in the evening would have been nice . No tea or coffee facilities in room without an upgrade . Scant supply of toiletries
