The private parking and the kitchenette that were available. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff was quite friendly.

Quite noisy. We could hear people coming in the rooms next to us and through the corridors. The rooms could use an update. The shower doors did not close. Between the shower and sink it was quite rusty/dirty. The closet door did not open smoothly. The location.

The hotel / room is a little dated and some of the equipment could do with being updated or even supplied, that said, it is possible to cook and cater for ones self, there is a hob, microwave and mini dishwasher in the room. The room was clean and had a balcony. The staff or the gentleman that handled our booking (Vincent) is superb, really helpful and clearly has his guests best interests at heart, he left us feeling super welcome! I love that there is secure underground parking available (€7/night at time of writing this) but €7 well spent for a good nights sleep. The location isn't too bad either, you can walk from the hotel in to the heart of La Havre in 20mins. We'll definitely be heading back and booking this hotel within the next 6 months.

For an apparthotel, the room was lacking some equipment or equipment of better quality than what was available.
