The property is just accessible to everything
They only have limited outlets for charging and you still have to request for cleaning your room or even adding sauce to your food during breakfast

Good location but noisy, quite AC, comfortable beds
We are extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. The photos displayed do not match the reality. Everything is old, worn out, and falling apart with no attention to detail.

It was easy to get to places and they arranged our tours which was amazing!
The room was run down. The bathroom smelt very bad during the night and not being able to sleep due to the smell. There were gaps through the back door so we filled the door with plastic bags so no bugs could get in. The pool looks nothing like the images online, had to be told to be cleaned. Breakfast took so long to be made, some days we didn’t have as we had tours booked and breakfast wasn’t made in time (had to wait 40mins & still didn’t have it in time) we had to buy breakfast on our way to the tour! I also told the hotel about the delay with breakfast and nothing was done, not even a discount as we had to pay for breakfast outside. The coffee and water station was poor. The beds were uncomfortable.

Breakfast was alright. Location very good.
Pool was very dirty. Some of the staff was forgetful.
Shower had no water pressure made it extremely hard to shower.

Nothing but good location. Everything else failed.
Pillows smell. Asked for replacement and gave us the same.
Asked for extra blankets and there were no extras. We were told that laundry staff took a day off?!
There’s no wifi at the 3rd floor.
They do pre-ordered breakfast but we had to wait the next day because someone else claimed our food?!
Everything is so messed up. I had low expectations but not to this level.

Location is good. You may find many restaurants around. Free coffee, hot and cold water from dispenser for 24 hours.
Linens set wasn’t enough clean.
No hair dryer.
AC is working a little bit loudly. It’s filter must be cleaned.
Not enough electric plug

Excellent location! (although a little noisy because of this). good bed sizes. nice pool.
we had to check in at the hotel across the road. this was not made clear during the booking process. the breakfast area is very depressing. the wifi internet was non existent, despite saying it was connected.

The hotel was perfectly located in the city centre and the staff was helpful to organise transfers from/to the airport
We were a bit disappointed with the cleanness of the rooms. The breakfast included with our reservation was also below our expectations

Nothing really. The hotel was tired and unloved. The staff although helpful tried to make the best from a bad job. You could have a hot shower in a rather unsavoury bathroom. Soap and shampoo provided
With a little tlc the hotel could be brought into the 21st century. It was dirty in all the common parts. The breakfast offered was grim, you picked the night before then it was delivered to you in by unenthusiastic staff.The room/ restaurant was nice but unkept. The coffee was help yourself, not individually but out of communal pots. Cups no saucers.
The rooms were dirty. My daughter had one with her partner and a 10 month old baby, the bins weren't emptied daily. No tea/ coffee in the rooms just a thermal jug of which I was uncertain of the use. No cups/ glasses. The bathrooms smelt

we had an issue with the bathroom the first night… they told us they moving us the next morning and did do they could fix the problem.

beds were OK . this is a good place if you just need one night while waiting for transport eg ferry
reception staff wasn’t particularly friendly. reception area was a mess. receptionist had dirty fingernails and was coughing and sniffing and blowing her nose throughout check in. i had to wipe down my passport and the keys, it was gross
breakfast was poor. toast wasn’t toasted. had to pre order it. seemed to have been cooked in advance. no butter. had to ask for tea several times.
room was small. aircon was loud. in general maintenance looked very poor eg the spiral external staircase looks awful. the pool is a joke - more of a pond!!

location was good, breakfast included which is a plus, were able to leave our luggage there for a night when we weren’t there
The room was smaller than it looked and no communal area to chill out. The wifi upstairs didn’t work.
