Highly recommended stay! The location is perfect, walking distance to everything and on a very clean, quiet and safe street. The staff were all very helpful and present. The views from the rooftop are some of the best in the city. A great spot for €5 breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, great air conditioning, and amazing water temperature and pressure. We hope to stay again one day!

The location is great, very close to monastiraki.

No elevator and steep stairs, so bear this in mind if you have heavy luggage that you need to carry up and down. The AC was on and the room was very cold, with no remote control to adjust the settings. We had to ask many times before an employee finally agreed to get a remote control from another room to change the temperature to be able to sleep.

The room was very clean and new, also quite spacious. Location Is very central, you can easily reach main attractions just walking. They have lockers for your luggage if needed. Roof terrace Is very nice.

The breakfast was a bit poor, but you have many other options just around the corner

the position is great, right in the city center. The room is quiet in the night. The bed is comfortable.

The breakfast service was not so good.. quite poor in the food choice and quality. The waitress were not so kind with us. Though, the view is amazing from the terrace! If i can give an advice to improve the service: to add soap in the bathroom.

very nice and very clean double room with balcony, comfortable beds, hotel within 200 metres from the metro, surrounded by restaurants and close to the most important monuments of Athens. Fantastic rooftop terrace where you can chill with the view of the Acropolis, breathtaking!

Extremely noisy at night, the noise of drunken groups and loud music until 2 a.m., even tightly closed windows did not help to eliminate the discomfort that kept you awake.

Could Leave baggage ahead of check in, plenty of info given.

Perhaps better curtains as was on the ground floor and was worried people could look in or maybe having shutters as very noisy at nighttime.

They allow refugees and homeless people to stay in. Regardless of the multiple complaints they keep them in to collect 12 euros a night the change they make the homeless by begging in the nearby streets. There is a creepy Turkish- Cypriot short barman in his late 30s who is preying on younger female backpackers and often he groups with his friends to harass and intimidate. There is a negative vibe and most of the genuine travellers they are choosing to leave earlier. The hostel is seriously underperforming because the manager of the hostel is ignoring the complaints and employs friends and family with catastrophic results. Safestay is an English company but they have no representative at all and no control over what is happening at the greek branch.

Simply excellent for the price and not only. Superb location, extra clean room, great bathroom. I stayed in a double private room, so no opinion for the dorm ones.

Extremely noisy all night long from an all night bar inside the premises Every 15 minutes drunken people leaving the bar spoke loudly outside our door. This combined with a hard lumpy bed meant no sleep.

The proximity of the place to attractions, transport and market. It is in the centre of the city and everything is just a walking distance. Quiet and peaceful environment with a good ambience.

The toilet does not have bidet (I think most european countries don't have). But at least they must provide dipper/pitcher. Also the cable channels don't have English shows. Further, there were no dental kits provided as I still have to buy from their reception.
