The hotel was beautiful. It had really good security and was well decorated. The location was brilliant, not too far from the old town and close to a lot of malls. There is a cafe next door which does a lovely breakfast. The spa facilities were very nice especially the Japanese bath which was boiling! The room was nice with a very good shower and a very comfortable extra large bed! It was very easy to get a bus straight from the airport it was only a 10minute ride and dropped off nearly opposite the hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful and the view from the 24th floor was breathtaking.

The price of the mini bar in the room was ridiculous, we did not eat anything. Also €24 per person for breakfast is really high.

Hotel moderno, molto elegante e nuovo. Colazione eccellente. Si trova nell'area moderna della città ma a piedi si può raggiungere la parte vecchia. Bella la vista dalla camera sulla città vecchia (se scegliete la camera con vista). All'ultimo piano c'è un bar molto chic da cui si vede tutta la città. Veramente ottima la spa ad accesso libero e anche la palestra è super attrezzata.

La grande finestra nella camera (essendo l'hotel un grattacielo) giustamente non si può aprire, quindi la camera ha il ricircolo d'aria sempre attivo e a qualcuno può dare fastidio. Il bagno per una camera Superior è troppo piccolo.

The room was clean and had a great view of the old town and of the beautiful sunset. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with very good options. The gym was fully equipped. The spa, including the pools and sauna were clean and well-maintained.

We kept on bumping our heads on the lamp over the side tables.

It was a very good choice, the hotel looks amazing, I had also very nice view over the city center from 18th floor room, the staff was very kind and helpful, food in the restaurants was really next level delicious. I also used often the spa area of the hotel, I worried it will be super crowded, but usually there were few people, so I felt alright and enjoyed. They were able to arrange even massage last moment and without any complaints, so that was super nice. Definitely a place to stay in Tallinn. Also it was super close to walk to the city center from the hotel and the neighbourhood looks nice (even though part of it are being reconstructed currently).

Just before I arrived I saw some offer from the hotel to upgrade my room for 41 EUR, so I took it, just to be surprised after my arrival that it was price for one night, so in the end I paid much more than expected, probably just did not read some small letters somewhere, so paid it without questioning, just it felt like I was a bit robbed. Also they are having in the room prepared for you this water and just next to it sweets in little jars, but they are also for extra price and not cheap, beware of it.

Bediening van de airco is een beetje matig. Blaast ook constant op het bed. Waterdruk zou iets beter mogen.

One of the or the best on Tallinn. Good facilities, and nice room. Two options of restaurants are also a good addition. Two near malls make also the location great.

The bathtub was leaky wetting the floor, but not a big issue.

Ļoti iepriecināja garšīgās brokastis un laipni un atsaucīgi oficianti. Bijām patīkami pārsteigti :)

Ģimenes numuriņā ( ceturtais stāvs ) bija viena liela divguļamā gulta un maziņš izvelkamais krēsls uz kura bija ne īpaši ērti gulēt, tāpēc paliels bērns gulēja kopā ar mums lielajā gultā. Tas ir tāds ļoti maziņš mīnusiņš, nākamreiz vienkārši jāizvēlās cits numurs.

Probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The spa facilities was also very calming, clean and nice.

The meny on the top floor was a japanese consept without any sort of potatoes or rise on the meny. The food was still good, but not very satiating.

Доброжелательный персонал, очень вежливый. Замечательные завтраки огромный выбор и все очень вкусно Номера чистые , новые, уютные. На высоких этажах открывается шикарный вид на город и красивый морской залив. Отличный спа. Потрясающий своим видом бар на крайнем этаже. И там же есть ресторан, к сожалению не попали туда в этот раз.

- This time the bed sheets were dirty with woman cosmetics - Staff at breakfast forgot our order and we waited for half an hour just to re-order Advice to management: make a live queue for scrambled eggs / pancakes, don't rely on waitresses who couldn't care less about customers.
