Very friendly staff.

Smelly room (smoke). Window was broken and could not opened safely in the night ( ground floor). Could not sit straight at the toilet because the bathroom is too small for and a toilet and a douche. Stains in linen. Too expensive for a low budget hotel. (Paid around 70, they should ask 35 for this kind of hotel room)

The self checking after hours

We had a room next to the entrance and we literally jumped out of bed every time a gest would slam the door...If I had been alone I would have gone to sleep in my car. We did not get any sleep. On top of it the beds were rock hard. Never again!

Location was good, good for one night as a stop over en route to final destination

Unfortunately our rooms were on the bottom floor and both had a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathrooms, which consequently entered in to the rooms, designated outdoor smoking areas should be well clear of the rooms and ventilation duckts.

Room smelt bad, they said guaranteed parking but the car park filled up even though we had said we wanted a space, sink didn't drain properly.
