هدوء والمكان كبير وانصح فيه .. حجزت فيه اربع ايام وكنت ناوي احجز مكان آخر لغرض التغير بين الفنادق في وقت اجازتي ولكن مددت وجلست فيه يستاهل جدا التجربه والخدمه المميزه كذلك التنوع الكبير بالإفطار

Entering the lobby itself is just exquisite
We loved it
While it’s a beach resort, and it’s dicrectly on the beach, the hotel itself doesn’t have a beach to chill on.. you have to go outside the resort if you want to enjoy a beach.. hotel beach had big rocks infront of it that you can’t just sit there
Also since our rooms where far from the lobby, we had to call the mini buses to pick us up which was most of the time easy but if u want to leave you room at rush hours then u might have to wait for 20 or 30min
But the staff are super nice that you can’t get angry at them for that

地理位置很好 边走在沙滩边走个15分钟左右就是热闹的芭东夜市街道了
早餐选择给中国胃的太少了
其他都是西式比较选择多 连泰式的也少

The room was excellent with exceptional views of the bay and surrounding area. We liked the location of our room as it was close to the club house and pool which we enjoyed most days. The staff we encountered were so helpful and friendly. They were always there attending to our needs and we enjoyed their company and was a pleasure be around them.
I can't think of anything I did not like.

location is far from centre and they have monopoly for TUK TUK and Taxi hence going to centre hardly 2 kms away have to pay a fortune everytime
also their suite in which we stayed was over priced at bookings.com and which I came to know was much cheaper if I booked thru local Thai agent or direct hotel

Going up and down the steps to go to different areas of the hotels. If you're fit without any health issues no problem. Otherwise get a room closer to the stairs and elevators.

the best place i ever visited, They gave you a high quality of service with a simple but perfect luxury atmosphere
they must offer to put you down after the bridge and take you up from starting of the bridge, it’s very hard to walk through the bridge and we arrived very tired to the top.
its not that long but it helps a lot to avoid walking through the bridge to get to the beach road

The experience was luxurious from start to finish. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The service was provided with care to detail and customer satisfaction in mind.
We loved being welcomed with ice-cold jasmine infused towels for our faces and a delicious welcome drink. The buggy service was fantastic. Room service was amazing. And the food at all the restaurants on site was great! We were never disappointed. When we left, it felt like we visited family, the staff were lovely.
Wouldn't change a thing.
