Location was good. Staff are amazing.

Water used to shower or brush my teeth was taken from the ocean directly without being cleaned or purified. Toilet bowl bidet pressure is very low Bathtub was dirty. No usb port. Buggy service jnly provided for check-in and checkout. buggy service to the villa after that onwards is not provided to the villa. The villa initially provided was far from the lobby and the walk back was poorly lit up. Only netflix and YouTube is provided on the tv but the netflix account would require you to use your own account upon usage. One of the plug point weren't working. Hairdryer provided is super old. Upon using it, it got overheated and sparks flew out. This was all within a few seconds of turning it on.

great location, the villa was massive. loved having a private pool. staff were very friendly and acccomadating. the rest of the hotel was closed to renovations. only the villas were open, so we had our pool amd main pool to ourselves aswell.

would have been nice to know that the rest of the hotel was closed. would be handy to have a smart TV

The two-bedroom pool villa was spacious, private and very well appointed. The self-contained outdoor area was especially impressive (the large plunge pool and the day bed). The pool area was lovely (and still open and operating, despite the 'renovations' - see more below). The location was good - just a short walk up the street to the shops/village and absolute beachfront (although Seminyak Beach is rather underwhelming - compared to, say, the white sandy beaches of Fiji or Queensland).

Our stay was a little odd. The property was almost entirely deserted. The official version was that large swathes of the resort were being renovated, but there didn't seem to be any building/construction going on. A few of the villas had been rented out - and the pool area was still open and operating, but everything else was closed. We knew this going in (it was part of the reason for the very sharp price we received). But even so, it was rather eerie to be wandering around a completely empty resort - a bit like being in 'The Shining'.

저렴한가격에 풀빌라니깐 가성비는 있죠.(숙소가 크기도 하긴했어요) 직원들 친절하죠. 물도 좀 따뜻해서 좋았어요^^ 침대가 진짜 커서 10살 아들과 같은 3명이서 자요.

너무 오래된 느낌이 나요. 리모델링이 좀 필요해보였어요~ 배쓰밤도 삿는데 욕조가 너무 찝찝해서 물받아서 몸은 못담그겠더라고요. 발리가 전체적으로 다 너무 간접 조명만 쓰네요. 어두워요...... 세면대, 샤워기.. 다 짠물이에요. 생수로 이닦아야합니다.

3/4 of the hotel is undergoing renovations so there were no restaurants or bars,the tv in the room wasn't connected to any outside source. I live in north Bali and went to visit my brother and sister in law. When she booked with the hotel they told her about the renovations and gave her a discount, a heads up from you guys would have been nice.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was in complete dismay to find that the hotel was closed and under renovation. When I asked the caretaker to find me another property to move to and refund my payment, I was informed that this was not possible as the payment to booking.com had already been excepted. I am still in total shock that booking.com would allow a booking to be accepted in a property that was not operating. I have tried calling you to complain and demand a refund, but I can never get through. This will be the last time I book with you.
