very well appointed rooms, bathrooms, restaurants are nice, breakfast too. spa is very detailed, wonderful facilities and very nice.
This is a large hotel, that means not for everyone. there is a casino too which means certain customer demographics in some of the guests (we found very amusing).

Amazing Spa; it's spacious, looks great and feels great. Amazing view. Amazing everything.
Ok. I paid for a tea bag used in the room. Not the best idea.

Breakfast was normal
I booked for a normal double room for one adult and two kids , the receptionist said couldn’t add another bed. I had to pay double just for a bigger room and an extra bed, but they actually just gave me the normal double room with an extra bed. It was very cramped. Couldn’t walk around at all.

The hotel and spa are lovely. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. The spa area is fantastic. Saint Vincent is a charming town with several nice restaurants.
They were very understaffed at breakfast and the complimentary water and coffee capsules in the room were not refilled during our stay.

Gorgeous property in a beautiful location. Close to everything - Cervinia, Monte Bianco etc. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Spa is amazing. Great bar and restaurant. Breakfast is first class. Staff is superb.

The hotel has nice location and good facilities. The spa area is nice and the staff working at the spa were good. It has the potential to be a great hotel but it lacks proper management.
The staff in general was not helpful. The people at the reception was cold and useless when we asked questions about what to do in the region.
The waiters in the restaurant were also not helpful while ordering our food or arranging a table. How can you have so many people and provide this experience?
The breakfast was just about quantity. Among so many things we were suffering to find anything to eat. Such a waste.
