Close to the golf course and beach. Always made to feel welcome

Spacious, comfortable, clean room and excellent food. Good location for exploring the local area and further afield. Handy for the train into Dundee. Staff were helpful and cheerful.

We paid extra for a room looking onto the golf course - well worth it! Room was comfortable. Staff were excellent. Drinks prices were decent.

Our room had no “extras” such as a shower cap in the bathroom, or glasses in the bedroom as what was there was plastic. The main course at dinner was a little over cooked/dry for our taste.

The food, our room, the staff, the leisure facilities All excellent. Stayed a few times and we will be back.

The pool was very dirty, the changing room was terrible. Cafe chairs were very uncomfortable and dirty.

very friendly, helpful staff, really nice clean hotel with good leisure facilities. our room looked over the 18th green at Carnoustie so we had a fantastic view.

Love this hotel ,nice break before Christmas, nice sauna ,swimming pool ,jacuzzi etc nice restaurants nearby, and lovely coastal walk to Arbroath

Thought the 'family room' would be better and bigger. Rooms are not very modern and had a few stains on the carpets.

Needs to clarify and clearly outline extra costs associated with its pet friendly policy at the booking stage particularly if this limits access to even parts of the bar area?! These instructions should be detailed clearly at the booking stage and included accordingly. This is both Booking.com and the hotel's responsibility. No ' welcome' email from this hotel details any instructions/guidance on extra costs / room allocation etc wrt owning a pet ...
