Facilities good. Bed was comfy.
Preferred the club rooms at the front of hotel. We had a back room and it was smaller and view was depressing. Breakfast was shocking. Bacon fatty....eggs nasty. Not much choice for the money. Won't add Breakfast next time. Bar was expensive but a nice bar.

Good location for our trip.
Thought the entrance and restaurant areas weren’t nice, a lot of people hanging around and a being loud and roudy.

I presume that I paid for 2 nights b&b.the 2nd morning I had to pay . I had tea and toast 12.50

It was just for the night as we had a concert at the coop arena. Turned out to be a great location with easy access to the arena and town itself.

It served the purpose which was to have somewhere to stay before flying from Manchester the next morning.
My room was cold and the heating thermo wasn’t working properly. Radiator in bathroom wasn’t working.
Also, took me ages to find it because the postcode on the Booking.com confirmation was wrong!

The hotel was in a good area, parking was free, and it had a pub & grill inside, a gym & Starbucks. It was easy to check in and out. The staff were also very friendly & helpful. We will definitely stay at a Village hotel again.

used to love the village Ashton until they keep getting our bookings wrong
The inability to allocate the room type we booked - fed up up having to stand in reception until a room can be found isn’t ideal!

Room service food was basic. Curry tasted like a packet product. Wine mediocre. No in-room fridge or safe.

The hotel was amazing, they had a great atmosphere and had a really lovely bar to sit and watch tv

My room was very clean,spacious,had an iron and hairdryer which were very useful,great location and trams near by to get to wherever you needed too.
The only thing was my view was overlooking a roof and motorway which did wake me up frequently with cars during the night

Gym is great- only reason I use this hotel.
Room floor had not been hovered. Breakfast is consistently poor at this hotel. Hot food is luke warm at best and very poor selection of continental breakfast. I expect a lot better for £200 per night!

Was a lovley hotel and very nice rooms. Swimmers pool was a massive bonus.
The food we had at the event was really not good we had turkey dinner and honestly say I’m really not fussy but the Turkey actually tasted off aswell as the pig in blankets, no taste to veg or potatoes.

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close to restuarants. Bed was very comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi facility's were good.
Did not like machine check in. Lacked human touch at reception. Shower pressure was low.

the hearing wasn’t working I rang 3 times there was a heater in room small one and there was twin beds put together for 180 pound disgusting I rang reception 3 times only for phine to be discounted then I requested manager to ring me but didn’t

Small rooms, minimal hanging space, poor WIFI, over priced for the size, condition and location of the room/hotel.
