Bed was comfy,room clean and fresh. Food was very good.
Room was different to the one I booked on site and the shower/bath water was just about like warm. Bath handle broken and no window blind and window was not opaque.

Located in the perfect spot for us. Very accessible with welcoming staff.
Can be very noisy on a Friday / Saturday night. However that has to be expected from staying in a pub.

Really liked continental breakfast…coffee and chocolate croissants were great and free.the bathtub was excellent for sore golfing muscles.view was excellent.

bathroom and bed linen were clean. fresh supply of coffee, tea, milk and biscuits in the room and plenty of towels.
On the surface our room looked clean however the window frames were full of dust and dead flies. The large mirror had not been cleaned - forehead marks? no drawer facilities in the room to store our clothes. The flat screen tv - no mater what sound profile you chose we could tell what the were saying and had to put subtitles on. The loo would flush but took several attempts to empty the bowl completely. Breakfast was disappointing. Scrambled egg looked completely unappealing and not what you would expect. Overall the place does look a little tired downstairs. Although no fault of the hotel 24 hour parking in the town is £11 £5.50 for 12 hours. Only 45 minute parking throughout the town

leaking radiator as water on the floor in the bedroom and was continuing to leak when we left although room had been cleaned staff obviously missed it

Excellent location, handy for dinghy park
Stayed here last year and it was perfect with lovely view from the room , unfortunately we were allocated a room that not only didn’t have a good seaview it also had an unfortunate smell akin to smelly socks!

Beautiful location and lovely clean hotel room as always.
Bar staff were really unprofessional, on their phones and didnt offer the boxing day menu options when checking in so later said we were unable to have the option as they needed to remove items in advance. I contacted the Manager directly who suggested I ring him but I prefer email and I am still awaiting a resolution. We stay here regularly and are very disappointed.

poor staff waited over an hour for breakfast when we were on a tight schedule..bar closed at 10pm
we had travelled over 4 hours in poor conditions..we arrived at 22:10 and couldn’t even get a drink or any food :-(
