Fantastic family room in a decent resort. Small but pleasant pool and wonderful golf course.
Restaurant was a little ‘coach party’ and facilities were small for the number of rooms.

The rooms were spacious and bright. Breakfast staff were kind and professional.
Had a terrible experience with an aggressive and unhelpful staff member called Crystal. It has been a long time since I have had someone so rude and standoffish in hospitality. Quite shocking. She did not wish to interact with customers, rolled her eyes when I spoke and forgot how to be polite completely. Disappointing.

Location was nice out of town.staff were friendly
The sheets felt rough and stiff and doona was not very nice. Bathroom was fine-shower door was small so water would spray out onto floor which wasn’t great.
The light coming from the heating panel in room was so bright all night so had a bad sleep because room was lit up. Also the neighbour was loud and having an adjoining room Meant we could hear everything. Would have liked to be told or given another option at check in desk.

Spacious modern room with a lovely view of the golf course. The grounds were very pleasant for a pre dinner stroll.
The pool was too small for such a large resort.

I absolutely LOVED this property! The resort is extremely beautiful, modern and well maintained, and the facilities are exceptional. Particularly for families; there are SO many activities for the kids. I was so impressed by the indoor playroom, downstairs games room (with PlayStation!) and outdoor playground. The only downside to our stay is that we weren’t there long enough! We will absolutely be back!

Cleanliness of facility, staff were great, dinner was good (however it would appear they were slightly understaffed for the main service) but food was really good.
More staff in the restaurant at dinner service, wait was a little bit long and staff were stretched and stressed.

It was a quiet, pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the stay . Had breakfast over there, too, and it was worth the money. I highly recommend the resort.

It was very friendly atmosphere. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. convenient. buffet breakfast was good.
far away from shops when you cannot drive. restaurants close too early. You feel rushed to have your meals. breakfast and dinners. Bar needs to have more variety of foods. cheap. including breakfast meals. eg sandwiches or eggs on toast.
