Friendly staff, nothing to much trouble. Breakfast was super, used the bar for an evening meal which was also great. Location was perfect. Room with a sea view.

I booked 2 rooms one had a sea view one didn’t looked out into a piece of false grass and a wall 1 room had a lovely modern bathroom one needed updating

The walls are a little worn by the sea weather I believe. But it is a very cute place!

The staff are lovely,rooms are clean,location excellent and food is great.It's Wales ,rain or shine it's magical.

Our room was perfectly clean, with everything you'd expect for the price, tea/coffee/biscuits etc/TV/Hair dryer/Complementary (shower) products etc. The food in the pub area was very good and the breakfast was 10/10 We had a swim in the pool which we really enjoyed, the staff where very friendly and helpful nothing was to much. Free afternoon Entertainment in the beer garden was a nice touch, Also Free Parking.

Our room was a little bit small but perfectly clean, the view from the window wasn't the best (No 27) however we didn't spend hours looking out of it so only an observation (perhaps screen out the bad bits)

Excellent fir Holyhead. Lovely setting, room very bright and food excellent with good real ale selection. Lovely bay with selection of cafes. Stunning beach.

Fab location, beautiful room, staff very friendly and in all a lovely stay and experience.

Room was very warm and stuffy, unable to get any fresh air, fan not very effective. Sea view wasn't as expected, overlooked car park and had to look through the side window to see the sea.

People were nice and relaxed. Staff were personable.

Carpet was a bit old and dull (like myself).

We was put up in an annex side of the on site pool. Would have preferred to stay in main building. Almost got burnt in the shower from hot water and informed staff to put sign in place.

The staff and location were amazing A hotel with great staff and an excellent location.

. However, the room we stayed in could've done with a bit of tlc. The hot water was warm at best with the pressure in the shower being low. Also, the heating in the room appeared to be on a timer and the room was cold at times The pool temperature was cold and we only managed 10 minutes on the first day and didn't use it again.

Lovely place, great staff, excellent food 👌

Our room was spacious and well equipped, the bed was very comfy. The view was lovely over the sea, the village and over to Snowdonia on the mainland. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is beautiful, parking spacious and easy. Pool was quiet and well maintained. Breakfasts were very good with hot food to order as well as cereals, bread, pastries, fruit etc on the buffet.

We were a bit underwhelmed by the standard of cooking in the restaurant for the evening meals. The menus were interesting, but everything seemed to just miss being very good. Nothing you could complain about - just a bit lacking in taste.
