Just needed a comfy place to stay a couple of days albeit for the short period of time I needed the room due to work commitments. It ticked the right boxes.
A slightly bigger fan as the one I had in my room didn’t really do much of a job. It was too small and ineffective but it was an exceptionally hot couple of days.

Basic cosy room. Clean and tidy. Shower was adequate and I took my own shampoo and shower gel as I remembered that I didn’t like those supplied. Good range of reasonably priced drinks in the bar.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed. And it was quieter than at first thought considering it was above a busy pub.

Great pub in centre of town, good hosts, great breakfast too! Has everything you need! Room was quite spacious
Not much, just a bit noisy at night, but it’s a pub so you expect it to be! bathroom could do with a bit of modernising

No WiFi, no parking, had to leave key in door when I was out, noisy and breakfast didn't start til after 9am.
