Well positioned

Bathroom had mould, TV didn’t work properly, no instructions or menu in room

The beds were comfortable, and the location was very convenient.

The room was a bit crowded with three beds.

The staff were friendly and very helpful with any query that we had as there were multiple things that had arisen that we needed help with. The breakfast was very good in terms of options with both cooked and fresh fruit/cereals and laid out in a buffet style so you can have as much as you want. The room was okay but felt on the smaller side for 2 adults as there was just enough space for 2 single beds and the table that was in the room but it was adequate for a week stay. The location is very central, making it ideal to see the sights in the city and get around easily.

When we arrived the TV ariel was falling out of the socket in the wall so we had to fix that ourselves. There was no services to watch such as Netflix or YouTube and the options of channels were very limited as many of them are repeated. The bathroom felt quite cramped with just enough space to move around. The single beds that are not against the wall are quite wobbly and at times when you’re moving around, it felt like you are going to fall off. The phone didn’t work when we arrived so we couldn’t call down to reception and had to go down ourselves. The guy they sent up for support didn’t have any idea what to do as he looked like a cleaner instead as he said the maintenance guys have gone home. He said he would come back to fix the issue the next day and would report it but nothing happened after that.

Excelentemente bien ubicado. El lugar del desayuno muy lindo, y el desayuno variado y todo de excelente calidad. Sobrepasó mis espectativas positivamente.

Nos tocó un cuarto de esquina, un poco pequeño, no cabían las maletas, pero la lencería era buena, cámara cómoda, el baño muy bien equipado y todo limpio.
