the rooms were quiet and clean with a comfortable bed
a little bit annoying that the car park was lay and display.
appreciate the hotel was good value for the stay but car park charges were excessive for the location.

Location was decent albeit a little awkward getting over some big roads.
Check out being at 12 is nice.
There was a massive crack in the toilet seat making it unusable without a lot of pain. Surprised it passed health and safety! Really is a £10 fix so very lazy on owners part.
Bathroom itself felt a little student esc. Like a last minute addition to a room, it was like a portaloo in a bedroom! Wasn't a nice luxury hotel experience at all.
Bed was hard and lumpy. Felt like I was sleeping on the floor. And the pillows felt about 50 years old. So flat.
Lastly breakfast was subpar. Everything tasted like it had been sat out for a while and there weren't many tables. As soon as I got up for another drink someone else took my table. Also there were condiments like Nutella, jam etc but there were just large communal jars. Anyone could have done anything to them which is very unsanitary. It should be individually wrapped mini tubs/jars.
Overall disappointing room and breakfast. Was not at all worth the money.

Heating/fan system not working. Tv broken. Nearly being killed by cross contamination (food allergy)

Great location to train station and for a walk into the city. Good selection at breakfast and all fresh. We were a party of 7 attending a family funeral
The door on the bathroom, it just wouldn’t close without banging it, slightly bizarre metal structure. That said the shower was excellent

Staff were all pleasant and helpful and always with a smile, The bar with snacks/meals open 24 hours which was extremely good. Breakfast was lovely and hot which is a bonus for buffet style. in general all clean and comfortable

Bathroom is made out of one plastic as one pcs. Designed poorly so water from shower was in entire bathroom.

The location was good, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was enjoyable. It was convenient for us.
One of our towels was not clean. The bathroom could do with a bit more freshen up. The receptionist on our arrival seems to be a bit distracted and didn't give us any information.

Minor thing but a weird step into the bathroom.

The staff were just great, super friendly super helpful and always around if anyone needed anything. Nice shower too

Very well located if your goal is to be at Coventry City Centre, good walking distance.
The staff members all very nice and kind as well as helpefull.
A few maintenance works in progress never the less the disturbance was minimum.
Early check in was difficult to get since the hotel was completely booked but still a solution was fund.

Staff tried to tell us check out was 9am when booking.com said it was 12

Staff friendly and polite , clean room , excellent stay
Could do with more than two evening staff , serving at the bar , checking in and they were cooking and serving food , waited 15 mins to check in and another 15 to be served at bar , staff over loaded .

Appeared to be quite isolated on some sort of industrial estate.

Rooms were really well designed - modern and comfortable. The bbok-in was smooth and the staff all very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again!

Contacted hotel to ask the latest I could check in and got not response - then they cancelled me for a no show
