Todo muy cómodo, personal muy amable y atento. Instalaciones muy limpias y muy adecuadas.

El teléfono de la habitación donde me hospede no servía y tuve que bajar a recepción a realizar mi orden de servicio a la habitación.

the whole room and location

I appreciate the warm welcome that I received. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room. Thank you for the complimentary cocktails. Delicious food at the restaurant. Restaurant service is awesome and pleasant. The hotel location was perfect for us. We wanted to enjoy Italian food, and I only had to ask once, and the next thing we knew, the hotel summoned us a taxi and told the driver where to drop us off at a very nice Italian restaurant. After dinner, we walked back to the hotel because of its great location. I personally noticed that I only had to ask once to the hotel, and I was helped emeadiately. Overall, we had a first-class stay at Le Meridien.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't find anything wrong with the Le Meridien hotel... Lol...

I had breakfast included, but I did not have cash and waiter was mad that he could not get any tips. Tips is for good service.

Great service and Good menu Really enjoyed the services provided. The staff was really nice and attentive. I can tell they have great training of their staff.

Everything was great. Much better than my stay at the Hilton. Rooms are really nice and clean, and the location is the best. Hope to return

location and facility

i reserved the hotel for my father in law following surgery he underwent . the payment facility was awful , we had issues paying for the reservation. put reservation on booking stated £123 yet the payment at the hotel was 3388 pesos which worked out to £149 pounds . I don’t not understand why booking did not charge me themselves for the reservation or why the hotel has such an outdated system where payment cannot be made online . I es required to fill out another reservation form which the receptionist stated they had not received despite the fact I had received an email from them acknowledging the reservation and the filled in form could never seem at the bottom of the email . i had to call the hotel on numerous occasions to clarify their miscommunications. it is amazing that this sort of nonsense occurs in a 5 star hotel . not impressed at all

The breakfast was good when we were able to communicate what vegan meant. The staff in the restaurant were all awesome. The bed was very comfortable. The room was really quiet even though the hotel is on a busy street and we were on the third floor. Good gym.

In the room, a fridge would have been better than a microwave. I booked this hotel specifically because someone on booking.com enthused about the vegan breakfast; it would have been nice if that had been easier to sort out; but when it did get sorted out, it was really delicious!

Good location between the old city and the new city / central business district.

The room looked dated, the carpet worn out. Limited F&B.
