Tivoli lagos está muy bien, muy cómodo y silencioso por lo general, y el personal es muy amable y servicial (salvo los del minibar, las veces que fui a pedir algo no había nadie y cuando venían tardaban en atender aunque no hubiera nadie, hacia tiempo que no veía camareros tan malos) , el resto del personal excelente. Las habitaciones (una superior) eran bastante accesibles y ademas es muy destacable el trato con las mascotas, puesto que era impecable y muy cuidado todo para que estén bien.

The location of the property was excellent, and the amenities were very good. The service was very good. Everybody was super helpful. Really enjoyed the shuttle service to the beach club.

Großes ruhiges, aber recht verwinkelt gebautes Hotel. Das Weg zum Zimmer wurde einem persönlich gezeigt. Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit Sicht kleinen Innenhof mit Springbrunnen, eine Minibar und einen Safe. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz sowie eine kostenpflichtige Garage waren ebenfalls verfügbar.

Die Ausstattung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, man sieht zwar die Abnutzung an den Türen, es war aber alles sauber und die Polstermöbel waren in Ordnung. In meinem Bauteil war auch das Innenpool im Keller, der Chlorgeruch war leider wahrnehmbar.

Frühstück ist gut. Lage ist o.k.

Zimmer waren klein und nicht dem Angbot entsprechend. Schlechter Zustand der Räumlichkeiten.

Achei que o box do chuveiro é muito curto, não deixando a vontade o banho, preocupando nos em não molhar todo o espaço.

Conveniently situated in Lagos ,the hotel is just perfect . The staff all very friendly and couldn’t be faulted from the cleaning staff to restaurant and reception too. The most fabulous breakfast every morning . We had read about it before arriving and it lived up to the past comments . Enjoyed our visit the Beach Club too . It is a nice walk back into Lagos if you don’t want to wait for the bus to collect you . A perfect holiday and hope to return soon

The beds were comfy and the room had a mini-fridge. The breakfast was good and was in a nice room. We were not happy with the view of the old building across from our room that had old junk stacked up and road noise. We asked to be moved and they did move us to a room with a deck overlooking a lovely pond and garden.

The hotel has no soundproofing and sounds echo. We had a person in the room above us one night and we could hear him talking on the phone, moving chairs around and even using the bathroom. We originally had a room that had a view of junk piled up on the building across from us, road noise and had a musty smell.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, im ganzen Haus müffelt es nach aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit Optisch nicht wie auf den Fotos beschrieben, immer wieder Probleme mit der Zimmerkarte.

Room with nice inner garden, large room. Very large ground with many different decorations to go about and explore. Friendly staff. Close to bus station.

Cleaniness could have been better, there were still dirty shoe marks left when we arrived.

Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice, staff extremely helpful. The main part of the hotel was fabulous.

I found the room to be damp, there was no natural sunshine coming into the room, I put my costume and towel on the veranda to dry but it got wetter because the garden self watering system came into the veranda . There was no instructions for the air conditioning unit and the curtain was obstructing the control panel, we worked this out on the 2nd to last day. And yes I should have asked earlier! The bathroom was wonderful, the shower excellent but the extractor fan was not up to the job, the room remained steamy, I had to allow the cleaners in everyday to dry it out despite not really needing them. A waste of resources I feel.

Excelente hotel para visitar Lagos, funcionários extremamente simpáticos, qualidade dos serviços óptima, e o espaço do hotel para além dos quartos é muito agradável e acolhedor.

O pequeno almoço, apesar de ser de qualidade impecável, parecia um pouco desorganizado e com um espaço relativamente pequeno se comparado com o número de quartos e hospedes que o hotel permite. No entanto o pessoal presente primou pela simpatia e profissionalismo tentando ao máximo compensar a desorganização.

Fui un día de lluvia fuera de temporada. El hotel es MUY grande. Me hicieron upgrade de habitación, ofrecieron una botella de agua y tenía vista directa al cementerio, mirando al costado se veía algo de la marina (mejor!) y agradezco vista alta porque me imagino hay cuartos peores. Las medidas del cuarto eran buenas. El desayuno es muy completo. Las opciones sin gluten son pobre y deberán aprender a manipularlas (hablé en recepción por eso, fue desastre!) Tienen un parking libre gratuito cerca.

En la habitación había una máquina de café con cápsulas, pero COBRABAN el uso de las cápsulas. Estando en la habitación algo tocó la puerta y antes de que me acerque a abrir había entrado! Era para reparación de algo, pero me pareció un falta grave. Deben tomar cuidado de esas invasiones.

Tovoli Lagos is a nice hotel, close to the major attractions, restaurants, and old town. It has a nice pool to sit out by, and provides a shuttle to the nearby Duna Beach. The breakfast buffet is great, with tons of different options, and the staff are all super friendly and helpful, offering tips and recommendations.

The “superior room” which we stayed in, looked much nicer and bigger in pictures, especially for the high price. Things in the room were old and falling apart, and could use updating. The hotel is nice, but seems a bit dated and drab.

The location

Its an old 4**, when you are in a 4** hotel you expect a minimum of welcoming, service and quality food in my opinion. The room: we are a family of 4, two young kids 5&2 we ask when we booked a baby cot, it was not in the room when we arrived. And when we get one it was really old and used. We did not get the deluxe family room we book and we got 2 single bed instead of one king size The bathroom: super old on the shower you the see mold on joints The soap dispenser is dusty Pools: the hotel offers free shuttles to go to Duna beach (another pool 15 min away from the hotel near to the beach) which is nice but what they dont tell you is once you arrive if you want to sit next to the pool it’s 15€ by deckchaire and 5€ for the beach. It’s okay to pay but they should mentionned it before going there Food: the italian restaurant is okay Breakfast: so disappointing it’s a madness, the food is not really qualitative, it’s a shame not to serve natural fresh orange juice in a 4**** hotel especially in a country where the oranges are so good Nobody is here to help you find a table and sit you have to figure this out on your own because it’s too crowded They dont take the time to give you a clean baby chair… Coffee machine is disaster Look like it’s more about the quantity than quality

Great property with a decent location. It’s close to all the good restaurants, harbour and beach. We loved the beds they wore so comfortable probably the best I’ve slept in a long time. The shower was unreal too. The hotel overall was spotless could not fault it. The staff wore extremely nice and very helpful.

The price of the hotel is expensive could be cheaper as the hotel could do with an update and the pool bar prices are extortion. €3 for a bottle of water. The pool area is way to small for the amount the hotel caters for. The gym is out dated with many broken machines.

The room was very clean, and they brought us champagne to celebrate our honeymoon. The pool area is very beautiful. The breakfast offers a wide selection of food. All in all very nice experience. Walking distance to everything in Lagos.
