Location is great, right in front of the bay. The hotel has many years but has been renovated and is confortable (room was good and bed was very comfy). Breakfast was also good.

Nothing bad, really. Price was a bit on the high side.

Location perfect. Sea view rooms with balcony overlooking beach and sea. Breakfast -plenty of choice both cooked and continental. Lovely rooftop bar with fabulous views. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Nothing really as we had stayed there before and the hotel fulfilled our expectations.

Excellent location, with a beach across the road and lovely views. Great base to explore the town and highlights too. The breakfast was good, with a good selection of options to choose from. The room was clean and spacious.

The noise was terrible. There was loud music from a nearby Irish Pub till just after 1am. Then street cleaning vehicles from around 6am. Even with the doors and windows closed, the noise was super loud, especially as we had a room at the end of the building closest to the noise. I understand now from visiting Cascais and staying at the hotel, that the noise is unavoidable, but had this been highlighted to me in a hotel review or at the time of booking, I would have chosen a different hotel.

Location of this hotel is 2nd to none.

The location and breakfast.

If you have a car, the parking lot right next to the hotel is public and if there is no space available, you'll have to wait until somebody leaves! We had to wait about 10 minutes and you'll have to pay 10 euro plus tax!

Old hotel, beachfront dorm type. Very basic breakfast. Small, poorly designed bathroom. Noisy area and no real soundproofing.

They put us in a disabled room without informing us at check in, When we complained about this and the following we were told that this still was a ‘superior room’ The room was not fit for use as the shower flooded the whole room, on telling the staff about this they told us it was an on going issue. We were also very disappointed that they were unwilling to give us another T bag (there was 2 in the room) without charging for it, astounding!

The location is excellent, the staff is the best and the facilities are clean. The restaurant even serves tasty, unique food presentations.

No complaints-- but bathroom lighting in the sink area could have been better.

the location is very good. the hotel has had face lifting. However the materials used and quality of equipments is only fair.

Besides the fact that we explicitly asked for a room with sea view, they lied saying that had no room with sea view. In fact they had rooms with sea view as we had the opportunity to confirm. Moreover, upon arrival the keys given had the wrong number, and we had to insist at the front desk to have someone to confirm it at the rooms's door.

Fabulous hotel. So clean and fresh. Great location. Lovely breakfast. Nice rooftop pool for a dip.

The location was amazing. There was parking in public car park underneath hotel and if you were staying there your received a reduced rate. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast excellent. A special touch on my birthday, the hotel surprised me with a bottle of bubbly and two glasses !

Nothing to dislike.

Room very simple and clean with a good view. Could be very noisy in high season but to be expected in the location. Breakfast good but not enough choice. Terrace and pool a bonus. Well placed to enjoy area.

Breakfast choice. More variety needed in fruit and cereal.
