Staff were great, especially Alexandra who was always very helpful and friendly Bed very comfortable with blankets (which we prefer) rather than duvets Location good Airport transfers booked through the hotel was very good

Room and bathroom a bit small and a bit dated. Hairdryer in bathroom not very good Buffet breakfast catered for mainly continentals - lots of cakes, cheese and hams. Only had fresh fruit salad one day. No jams for on toast.

Our room was in the not ranovated part of the hotel without a balcony.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel , good location , close to old town , bus station and ferry stop. Breakfast offered a wide choice of options .Stayed in the older section of hotel and had a quiet room at back with mountain views.

first room we were given was very poor scruffy furniture and couldn’t get in the very small shower but when we complained they moved us to another room which was better but we still felt the decor and furniture didn’t match the high standards in the rest of the hotel we would have upgraded if we could have done but they were full

Location is great. Pool is large and the sun lounge area is big. Plenty of room. Rooms cleaned each day we were there.

The shower in the room was very tight. Breakfast was very basic. Breakfast was to be included but if you wanted something more than bread/ ham you had to pay extra on site for it. A fried egg was an additional €4 for example. The breakfast ends at 10am but we found you needed to be down for 9am to get a croissant.

Nothing we didn’t like but pool shutting at 7 was a little too early as it was still 36 degrees and sunny til at least 8 and didn’t get dark til 10 ish. Appreciate they did clean the area every night at 7 but felt this could have been done early morning instead to allow evening use.

Location was good and things to do around the lake. Was new and clean and great for a overnight or two.

Well we booked this with Room only as we arrived late in the evening. As we checked in we where informed we had a extra charge for a meal plan that we did not request on either of two rooms. It was a mistake and only on one room. We informed the person of the mistake and requested it to be removed as it was not ordered. They said they would remove it next day as manager was not on duty, However next day they refused to change it and said Booking.com would have to change it... Also note that as we arrived at 10pm night prior the restaurant closed at 9pm so was not even possible to have meal. Find this error and extra cost to be unfair... Not sure where the issue is if the Hotel or Booking,com or both.

Clean, good location, good recent pool (stayed august 2021)

The location of the hotel is situated in the heart of Garda and only a few minutes’ walk to the lake. There are lots of places to eat or to stop off for a coffee nearby. There are also quite a few stores selling clothes and even a small supermarket. The hotel was excellent, the staff are very friendly, and I felt very welcome. The food and drinks were excellent and there was a lot of selection. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would certainly recommend the hotel.

I do not have any negative points.

40 min waiting line to have breakfast.. horrible No WiFi on the room even if you pay for it and when promised upon booking. 3 days in a room we went to the reception to complain about it, coz I needed WiFi for work. Every time they told us it works… well it did not work… At the pool, beds were even before breakfast already reserved with towels… not cool Parking space… sometimes very difficult to find parking space

The location is very nice. Otherwise, it's a very typical Italian 3* hotel, nothing special, but fine.

The hotel seems to be a bit aged. A good indication for this is the canned fruit salad with the pink cherries showing up at the breakfast buffet, straight from the 80s.

The hotel is very clean. The cleaning team are very thorough and friendly too. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Great choice for breakfast. Room had everything we wanted. Lovely pool and we always got sunbeds when we wanted to sit by the pool.

Room on the small side but that was fine. Would love to stay again though, maybe have a balcony room.
