The food was really miserable, especially breakfast. It was tastless and of poor quality. The orange juice itself was full of seeds (why don't they upgrade their juice maker? There are many nice efficient options in the market) The room service was sometimes slow. I had to call them 3 times to bring me some water and my laundary. Oh, I forgot to mention that I had to pay for the water every day. Im talking here about the daily bottle of water not extra, which even though it isnt a big deal, but kind of irritating. At 4 am, we had to walk out in the cold to buy a light. There was no lighter in the entire hotel. A random person stopped us in the vicinity and gave us his lighter. Again, this may sound trivial, but when small things add up, it makes the stay uncomfortable. That's how we felt. My husband and I needed to remind ourselves that we're staying there for 2 days and we'll be gone after. Also, whenever we used the shower it flooded and the entire bathroom is water. As for the view, when we first got the room, the receptionist told us that we got a nice view of the pool and beach which is quite far away but we can have a glimpse of it. I found out that we had a view of the roof not the pool 🤣 our room opens on a big terrace that we share with 4 other rooms- there was no privacy on the terrace. To be able to see the pool or the sea, we had to walk for a bit and look over the edge at the pool. To add more, finding parking in the hotel was a challenge and it's been a challenge since we visited this hotel in summer. The porter has to stop us every single time we enter the hotel and we had to tell him that we're residents (why doesnt he record the plates numbers of the residents' cars). Then we pass the gate and we have to find parking which takes some time and we end up cramming the car in some shady spot. We literally struggled to find a parking spot on New Year's eve.

*I was put in a very bad room with no équipements and no amenities at first, view was facing raw Land and bushes *I had no help at first parking m'y car and only later i was informed to Côme back and park. *Very old hôtel and smell was very bad carpet smelled... *Phone in thé room was not working *TV had problems was old and cutting some times. *We were kept waiting for long time at réception * limited menu and dinner buffet was very basic, présentation was poor as well. * there were résidents congrégation at thé corridor, was not comfortable nor pleasant to go arround hotel with my wife spécially at night. * toooooo much moskitos and was bitten al night long i could not sleep. * poor breakfast and few options, one juice only no capuccionos or what so ever. * over rated hôtel and price is not worth it. Not happy with m'y stay at this hôtel, dont think i will ever be back one day.

amazing Property great rooms great terrace, restaurants and pool easy access to the beach

the staff is not very efficient, you have to ask twice or thrice for something and it’s very slow. Although they are very nice indeed. The DJ at the pool plays music too loud, you can nearly hear the waiters.

The room was comfy
