The hotel is average. The bed was comfortable with clean linen. Towels were white, cleaned very well. The breakfast was good, great choice of different dishes.

The hotel is old and the rooms smell damp. It was fancy 20 years ago, but nothing has changed since then.

As I've noted in previous reviews, this is my new go-to accommodation in Bangkok. I love the location right along Langsuan Road, and how the executive suite feels more like my own apartment than some cookie-cutter hotel room. I look forward to staying here next time!

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood with a mixture of upscale condos and cafes. It is within walking distance to train stations and shopping malls. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast spread is very good. It is clean and comfortable.

I liked the location of the hotel. It is located closer to a lot of other great places to visit and for shopping. The room was always cleaned and well maintained with adequate facilities to make my stay comfy. Their service desk was very responsive and available to provide necessary services and assistance when requested.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for an extra night though I arrived a day later then was initially communicated. I reached out t the hotel through the chat to let them know I was going to arrive late, but no one responded to my messages.

Location, amenities, staff are excellent. The room is very spacious. It has complete kitchen stuff and the ACs are working properly. You can request toiletries and bathrobe easily. A lot of cabinets to store your things. Customer service is superb!

Housekeeping needs to improve as there are some areas they missed to clean. They sometimes missed to empty the trash bin and it is already overflowing. There was a time they did not clean the sink properly.

Location is great. They have a shuttle that can drop you off in BTS Chitlom. Staff are great and very accommodating. Facilities are superb.

The property was really rundown and despite booking a suite, the room was poorly maintained and is badly in need of a refurbishment. It was not value for money at all.

Good location Rooms are big

Rooms are extremely old and poorly maintained. The AC was really noisy and smelled. I went out after breakfast and when I came back at 17:30 my room was still being cleaned. I had to change rooms the first night because there were cockroaches in mine, I got upgraded to a large suite, which was still really old.

Located close to the Chit Lom station but nicely far enough from the noise. Three 7-11 stores close by, one Starbucks nearby. Hotel provided a free shuttle to the station. AC was very efficient, room was spacious and beds were very comfortable.

The only very minor aspect I didn’t enjoy was that the pool was inside (with walls open to the exterior) so no sun and no view. Very minor for me.
