The location is perfect for access to all things in Wanaka as well as great hikes nearby. The apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable, good location 5-7 mins walk to town and supermarket, food trucks around the corner, washing machine and dryer were very handy, good kitchen and dishwasher

At $450AUD per night for the Superior Room we thought it was very expensive. No view although the ad for the room says there is a view. Might as well pay for the standard rather than the superior room. Got very hot at night. Couldnt open the windows otherwise the light from street lights and other buildings would come in as well as the bugs. Shower head was very small and I am a small person but could hardly get wet and it took ages to shampoo my hair.

bed was comfortable and kitchen well appointed

carpets were stained. Couch was uncomfortable and didn’t look particularly clean so put throw from bed over it. Room 104 is dark and tired looking

Belvedere Apartments are good value for money in a very popular town. Set back on the hill overlooking Wanaka the Belvedere is only a wee walk to the Town Centre, however the only downside is you have a slight grade to negotiate on the return journey. Wanaka is not a Queenstown yet because you can still actually drive your car & find spaces in town, either on the street or in the car parks. Belvedere Apartments being set back on the hill allows you magnificent views over the surrounding Alps & Lake, this makes the Belvedere the value for money over the more costly & closer to Town Centre motels/hotels that have limited views.

Very convenient location - a 5 minute walk away from the centre streets of town. Warm, comfortable apartment with a well-furnished kitchen. Really useful to cook whilst away for a few nights. We also used the apartment's sauna which was a nice surprise! Parking in a lot under the apartments. Easy check in and out.

Bathroom cleaning had been overlooked by mistake but I informed the manager and she fixed it immediately so not a problem at all in the end.
