Couldn’t get the heater to work in the middle of the night and couldn’t find a usb port to charge devices. It will be a good idea to upgrade the rooms to a certain extend in terms of technology :)

We liked the apartment the beautiful grounds and atmosphere. Staying in autumn is amazing with the golden trees.

The bed was really hard so not a comfortable sleep. Would not stay in that room again.

Fabulous suite, wonderful tasty breakfast. Really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine for our wedding anniversary & I also ordered a cake to be made for my husbands birthday which was also in the room when we arrived. It was delicious & so beautiful!! I can honestly say everything from the second we arrived until the second we left was truly amazing. Also a very nice touch was the complimentary transport into Queenstown & Arrowtown. A spectacular stay & we can’t wait to rebook.

The location of the grounds is truly breathtaking. The staff and their service is impeccable. A slice of heaven that I will continue to come back to.

Wonderful location with beautiful gardens

Room was a little dated and in need of upgrading. The lack on easy access to a compendium meant wasting time of staff to sort out minor issues. Kobe restaurant was a disappointment compared with a previous visit.

Club hire fee required to be paid each time a game was played - We stayed for a week so this became quite expensive We were not told there was a washing machine - We stumbled across this ourselves Breakfast buffet is very expensive for what is provided!

Lovely outlook and facilities - especially if you like golf.

No air-conditioning in our 2-bedroom accommodation meant it was uncomfortably hot at night (we visited in January). No daily servicing or fresh towels offered (except for an extra fee). We were a long way from the resort restaurants and health and fitness centre so ended up using our car far more than we had intended - annoying when you want to have a few drinks in the evening. “Fully booked” restaurant wouldn’t allow us to sit on the patio (where it was cooler) but the entire time we were dining inside the over-warm restaurant there remained empty tables outside. Minor annoyances like these are more difficult to ignore when you are being charged over $700 per night!!!

We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and relaxed nature of staff and other guests.

Nothing really. I hope Millbrook and all it's facilities can find, and train enough staff to take the pressure of the current hard working staff.

Location was excellent being close to Arrowtown. Amenities at the resort were outstanding . Gardens were immaculate and everything clean Accommodation was very good Just loved the whole experience
