Location is excellent, breakfast is very good. Very nice room.

Not enough elevators, very loud and noisy guests. HK staff also talked too loudly in the corridors.

Huge room, with a kitchenette (no washing machine available in our room). Staff are very attentive and helpful. The bathroom can be a little bit bigger for the size of the room but overall it was still comfy and had everything you might need. Great location! Just right beside Emporium mall, easy access to the supermarket and the MTR.

Location is perfect for everything except business. I spend a lot of time travelling around and away from Bangkok, and Sukhumvit road is always cray busy (Especially when it rains), so often tough on visitors pick up and taxi. But otherwise for me the balance of this, with local shopping, access to Skytrain and eating out is perfect.

Unbeatable location. Right next to Emporium mall and across the street from Emquartier. Staff are very friendly and responsive to different requests. 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable. High floor (39) had an amazing view

Not much I didn't like. Small things to improve like the water pressure could be better. Buffet breakfast was good but would have preferred more halal options, too many pork items.

although the room was big, but it seemed old, especially the bathroom has a bad smell sometimes. the kitchen was also very old and not equipped. The shampoo and conditioner were very bad

Room size, views, links to mall and food halls. Connects to bts and park both easy walks. This hotel is brilliantly located for families with children.

Breakfast was not 5 star standard. The food offered was not luxury, condiments, pastries etc were more of a 3 or 4 star hotel. Quite a small buffet area too. Atmosphere at breakfast seemed formal, quiet, no background music etc.
