Check in was easy

I didn’t realise it was more like a caravan park full of cabins and a fair way out of town so that was my fault. However the cabin was poorly decorated and outdated and unfortunately not very clean. Walls and ceiling covered in cobwebs and generally not well kept. It was quite expensive for what it was. More for families maybe. Restaurant not open the night we stayed.

Everything is good, what we need we get it only heater not function

Everything is good only heater not function well cause I'm check in winter so heater is very important for us but it's not function.

The resort is excellent, sprawled over 66 acres, has got various facilities including heated swimming pool, a private spa (that you need to book), bikes that you can use to paddle around the spawling facility and is really fun for the kids and adults alike, two tennis courts, two gyms and various other facilities. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, beds are comfy. Overall it is functional for a short stay. The breakfast (we paid extra 25$ for it) is quite fulfilling and I will say is value for money (the coffee was good and barista made). The conditioner and shampoo provided was one of the best that we have used in a long time (and we have stayed in pretty high end hotels so we can vouch for it). We were thining to buy a few for our own use.

A bit pricey for what you get, the rooms as I said are functional but is a bit dated, the utensils provided are very basic, not much cooking amenities, there is only a heater and a cooler in the living room so the other rooms gets really cold in night, you can fight it off with the blanket, but when it gets really cold in July August it might be a struggle. It will be good if they can provide a blanket heater. Overall a bit of update on the rooms will help. And lastly the offer to join Club Wyndham seems a bit pushy, we did not go for it but it will be good to be notified of this before hand.

We tried to book the spa but it was fully booked during our stay, so my kids was feeling sad because we like this spa from last time. Also on the last day the hit was not working and i informed the reception

Cabins were very spacious! Grounds are awesome!

Bit of a walk to cowes

Location was fantastic. Great sized villas, plenty of room for a family of 5. Activities and amenities were plentiful.

Location was good

Very uncomfortable beds. Windows were stuck open and it was freezing weather. Would have liked being able to close the windows. The pumps of toiletries products didn’t work in the bathrooms. Phone didn’t work in the room so we couldn’t call main reception which meant we had to drive there before their main phone lines opened and we missed booking facilities (such as spa time) as a result.

It was a very roomy peaceful place for our family. We absolutely loved it and would love to come back again! These are photos of all the surrounding mini road trips we could do based from this property.

Perhaps a meal voucher for guests would be nice gesture, and would actually also encourage us to spend more at the restaurant.

We like that the place was so clean, organised, we had everything what we needed. The indoor swimming pool was clean and the water was warm.

There is no such thing.

Surrounded by nature and wildlife. Beautiful walks and animals on the property. Plenty of parking and great facilities.

Couches in villas are comfy to 2-3 people. Uncomfortable to get a 4th person on there

the room was old and tired. the floor of our accommodation was dusty and well used and needed an upgrade. no hot water first night.

Great place to stay at Philip Island.

The kitchen was well stocked. Open layout was welcoming! Very much appreciated three toilets in a 3 bedroom rental.

Had difficulty connecting to Netflix on the main television.

It was too late to go back to the city after watching the penguin parade, so a night at this hotel was very suitable. The hotel is very well equipped, comfortable and clean, and also very quiet.

The staff were very friendly, the reception / restaurant area had a nice vibe to it. We were visiting in May so it wasn't too busy. The house was clean, kitchen and bathrooms well equipped, washing machine and dryer. Exactly what we were needing with 3 children. We would come back again!
