The staff there were helpful and polite. The room is clean and neat. Got all the amenities that you might need. The bed is firm and comfy.
The walls are horribly thin. I could hear the room next talking til late. Loud road noise from outside. Had to put on music with ear-pieces to bring myself to sleep

Allocated a quiet room on a high floor as a light sleeper to minimise noise disturbance. Very clean and tidy and all the staff I encountered were very polite and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well furnished for an overnight stay. I actually thought it was good value for money compared to staying in London!
I found it difficult to find in-room information about the restaurant i.e. menu choices. Quite a small restaurant area which I didn't end up eating in as the reviews I had read were not favourable regarding quality of food.

I liked the price of room the decor and cleanliness
i wasn’t informed payment was needed for parking when booked, if informed i would of saved me a penalty and i only parked for 4 hours, now have to pay an excessive amount. Not very pleased

air con didn’t work so no heating. television didn’t work until I had it sorted. Some breakfast items weren’t hot.

I needed a microwave to warm up food after coming back late from a conference, my husband is diabetic and needed to eat before taking medication. The receptionist told us it’s none of his business , if you die , I will just call the police to collect the body. Really , I was upset by his response. This European guy on duty on Thursday night.

The staff were so friendly and we were able to book into our room early. The room was clean and bed really comfortable. The bathroom is basic but all good with a big shower. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was too small had to put child bed out every night & make it up ourselves, had to move furniture around so bed fitted.....poor show really!
