The noise from the music in the bar was so loud we could hear it in our room, which was very annoying.

very easy check in staff very friendly.. especially Andrea in the restaurant..

maybe a little cold but it was very cold outside also.

Couldn't pay with Revoult card, machine not taking it. Had to find cash machine,which charged me. Ordered dinner didn't have what qe wanted.

The staff, the bedroom was a great size for a family of 5

everything from start to finish honestly! the staff where so helpful and friendly , food was delicious in the waterfront bar, breakfast was great too then the rooms were spacious, comfy and a cosy feel all round.
