Great location, good breakfast

The “side sea view” room that we have reserved for 3 adults was not acceptable for us; and then we wee were charged extra for sea view room on the 2nd day....specially when we have arrived before midnight and were chocked of the 101, the “side sea view” room that we have reserved

A few kilometers from the busy, noisy and smelly Protaras, this place was a real gem, with stunning open space facing the sea and beautiful palm tree garden. There is a path next to the sea where we were able to walk kilometers in the evenings. Our room on the 4th floor had comfy beds, we had a really good sleep and were fully relaxed. Large and 3.15m deep outdoor pool, good cocktails at the pool bar as well. The food - not the high end meals, but we were able to find something to try each time, especially if it was local (souvlaki, keftedes, tzatziki, anari cheese). The entertainment- we enjoyed Mariya's night the most. Many thanks to the menagment for the birthday wishes received in advance and despite I was leaving the hotel that day. Small details with big impression!

Идеальное расположение отеля, отличная бухта с пляжем: можно и в песке с ребенком поиграть, и с маской поплавать(вода идеально прозрачная, много разных рыбок. после обеда возле пляжа становится чуть мутная, нужно отплывать дальше). Отель в целом хороший за исключением мелких нюансов, которые описал в минусах. Но глобально все ок. Хорошая еда, на десятый день завтраки, конечно, поднадоели, но выбор есть всегда. Обеды и ужины каждый день разные- тематическая кухня разных регионов мира(кипрская, мексиканская, индийская, европейская и т.д.). Людей много, но очередей в ресторане не было ни разу. Уборка номеров каждый день. Пляжные полотенца можно тоже менять каждый день. Даже не знаю про что еще написать, здесь скорее море важно, а не сам отель - и в этом плане тут все идеально. Можно пешком прогуляться в Протарас вдоль моря. Можно сходить на соседние пляжи. За 10 дней не скучали, здесь все отлично.

Очень странная система "все включено". Во-первых, не все включено :) Первые дня два мы просто ходили и методом тыка пытались понять где можно заказать что-то из "все включено", а где нужно платить. В барах процентов 70-80 ассортимента за дополнительную плату. Что больше всего не понравилось - это необходимость заказывать напитки во время обеда и ужина (захотел ребенок сок- нельзя просто самому налить, как во время завтрака. нужно звать администратора/официанта, чтобы они через планшет заказали стакан сока). Проблема в том, что могут подойти не сразу и потом не сразу принести. Наш рекорд- ждали 20 минут, т.е. вся еда съедена и тут тебе приносят сок)))) И второй момент, который удивил - какой-то уход в формализм и бюрократию. Т.е. после каждого заказанного сока или бокала вина тебе приносят чек, а котором нужно написать имя, номер и подпись. Непонятно зачем тогда выдаются карточки "все включено" при заселении (их я не использовал ни разу). Заселение строго после 14:00 (спрашиваешь в 13:45 готов ли номер, но тебе просто говорят, что заселение только с 14, хотя очевидно, что номер уже готов.) Никогда не понимал этого формализма. Ну и мелочь, которая тоже удивила: не было мини-бара, хотя на booking.com и в брошюрах отеля везде написано, что мини-бар есть, он бесплатен и обновляется по первому запросу. На ресепшене развели руками и сказали только "к сожалению, мини-бар сервис сейчас недоступен". Но если ты такой педантичный отель, который заселяет строго с 14 часов, тогда будь последователен и с педантичностью исполняй прописанные обязательства ;)

The location of the hotel is exquisite. It is literaly next to the Nisia beach and a few minutes away from two other beaches. The view from our room was beautiful. The dinner is tasty and there was a different theme every night with live music. Perfect place for relaxing. There were a lot of families with children and there were programs and animations for children during the whole day.

We have been in cleaner and more luxurious four star hotels before for the same price.

It is a great hotel with a great location next to the beach. Lots of facilities make it ideal for summer holidays

The hotel looks great on the outside but needs a bit of refurbishment indoors, especially in the rooms.

I liked the facilities. Big swimming pool , bars and kids area. Variety of foods during meals. Cosy atmosphere in the evening. Great staff ,cooks and all. Cleaning was good even in old rooms.

Overworked staff wasn't helpfull sometimes. Towels on sunbeds near hotel were not removed and you couldn't get a sunbed if you didn't reserve it night before or at 5 am. Chairs in the dining area were super dirty. Lack of juices at breakfast only sugary drinks or water. Very weird All Inclusive vs Ultra All Inclusive concept. Old outdated rooms really needed maintanance

The hotel is absolutely amazing. I love the location. Is very quiet with breathtaking views. The breakfast it was amazing with a lot of choices. The best part of the hotel is the coffee shop "Kafeneio" with the best maxalepi in the word.

The pillows on the bed are not comfortable 😴

There were activities for the kids, you were able to go to the pool or beach or both.

The single fold out bed wasn’t that comfortable and had a metal bar hanging out of the side.

A clean, big and nice hotel that is close to the most beautiful beaches in Protaras and Ayia Napa. We arrived extremely tired and were a bit confused at the beginning about what to do and where to eat. Then, the division manager Nicholas was super helpful and friendly - and I appreciated his efforts in trying to make our stay more pleasant and valuable despite the concerns we had at the beginning. He was welcoming and helped us find the perfect beaches around the area. The food we had there was delicious and they have many options which was good. I believe It is the perfect place for families with children.

Couples will enjoy their time but not as much as families and groups of friends. Yet, Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Beach are so close!

I have been visiting this hotel often the past few years, the service and everything else is deteriorating whereas the price keeps increasing. The rooms are really outdated, the common areas are only clean in the morning, the rest of the hours are really dirty. The hotel is overcrowded, no chance to find a sunbed if you go after 9am, the pool is packed with people and the restaurants offer average food with really high price tag.
