Location and comfort. The staff in the Ginger restaurant and concierge, and reception were exceptional.
It is not a dislike, but I think the bar staff need to be trained up

Location, very close to Siam.
And the Thai hospitality is absolutely fantastic. The receptionist addressed my name very well. And thank you for the upgrade.
The breakfast too, too much choices I really love it. Coffee is too good, I craved.
Housekeeping know I drink a lot of water they prepared extra water inside my room which is a nice touch.
Pillow tooooo soft even though I have requested the “firm” one. Pillows that marked “firm” is almost the same with “soft”, I couldn’t sleep well for 4 nights.
I was assigned to North Wing, very long walk from the lobby, absolutely not friendly for elderly to walk for such a long distance (might request South Wing for my next stay).
One of the bathrobe went missing after one of the housekeeping day, fortunately I have explained to the receptionist during checkout.

خدمة للعملاء استقنائية جداً قريت كثير من التعليقات السلبيه في بوكينغ عن الفندق بس الحمد لله ماشفت اي شي منها كان حجزي فقط الغرقه بدون فطور وتفاجأت بانه كان الفطور من ضمن الحجز ،، الفطور شامل للجميع وفيه قسم للمأكولات العربيه ،،

We enjoyed it so much we have stayed there twice in the same month each time around 10 days in total , we liked the breakfast, the hospitality, the cleanliness all was perfect and location is the best

The location. walking distance to all the big malls. love the room design as well, comfy and modern. besides, the breakfast has a wide array of choices. overall a great stay!
