Beautiful huge bedroom furnished with antique furniture, lovely fabrics, great bathroom, very comfortable bed, with a view of the Duomo. Best position in town. Very helpful and friendly staff indeed.

Boutique hotel right in the centre of Parma, in a beautiful historic building but with a modern interior and facilities. Easy drive to the hotel with their instruction to drop off luggage and use their valet parking service.

The location was superb.. close to sights and amazing places to eat and shop. Extremely helpful staff that gave a great recommendation for lunch at Osteria Dei Servi. We had the Lucrezia suite which had a fabulous view of the Piazza..

Everything was excellent! The staff are polite, friendly and efficient. We were given clear and accurate instructions on how to reach the place. Reception helped us with restaurant reservations and answering all our enquires.Our suite was spotless and super comfortable. The location is priceless, right next door to the famous Baptistery. We are so happy that we stayed there.

Amazing location! Not only is the hotel directly adjacent to the Duomo and Baptistery, it is also within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Parma - sights, shopping, bars, restaurants. We loved being right on the piazza and spent a lot of time just sitting and enjoying the space. The hotel was very comfortable - great room, comfortable bed, very clean, lots of space. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We also loved the valet parking which was easy and convenient.

The only negative was the wifi which didn’t work at all for some sites. It was fine for basic email, etc., but not for some of other things we needed.

It is our 3rd time in this hotel and it a great place to go. This time we were a big group pf 18 people. Perfect location, rooms are big, clean and luxurious. An a mention for the staff. Very professional and friendly. My freinds were all amused

Interesting and charming style. Bathroom tiny considering the size of the room. How about putting a bathtub in the room? Nice coffee shop next door

Pillows were super flat and there were no extras . Would have liked to have a blanket. Bathtub would have been a plus

Everything was absolutely perfect.. an amazing gorgeous hotel, best location and wonderful professional staff. very comfy beds, lovely thick towels, toiletries. Great breakfast - We loved our 2 night stay here as 4 senior siblings we had a room at the Hotel and also one of the apartments, it all worked so well. I highly recommend "Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati"

This is a phenomenal property located in the heart of Palma and is part of a group of historical buildings. our room (214) had a very large dining, sitting and kitchen area that was very well decorated with modern Italian furnishings. Bedrooms were well sized with comfortable beds. Property had highly insulated windows that kept out street sounds and the winter chill. Reception staff was extremely helpful, providing suggestions for dining throughout Parma. Restaurant located with property provided breakfast (at extra charge) and had an excellent dinner menu. I highly recommend this property as we LOVED the location, our room and the helpfulness of the staff. I am planning to return when we can arrange for a friend's reunion as the interior is as inviting as the surrounding neighborhood!

Historical building and good location!

This hotel is very well placed and the personal nice and welcoming.

I was biten by bed bugs at least 20 times during the night, on my arms, hands and feet, which were not covered by bedsheets. This is the first time in my life and an extremely bad experience (swollen red spot with intense itching). The hotel should be treated against these bed bugs before hosting guests ! This is the reason of my very bad note.
