Breakfast was 👌 with a lot of options with even gluten free products, also the people at breakfast were extremely polite 😊 beautiful morning. Plus at the bar cocktails are really good.
I missed the fact that there was not room service. Also it would be nice if after two days or so, cleaning was done without the need to order it yourself.
Lastly I think a mirror on the desk would also be convenient.

Good sized and quiet room overlooking a lake. Breakfast was exceptional for a chain hotel. Easy walking distance into the town.

It's free to borrow a bike from the hotel, which is excellent for exploring Roskilde. My parents really like the breakfast here too.

The location was very nice. It is situated next to a large park with a lake. The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing; the kids loved the waffle maker.
My room had a strange musty, rotten egg smell.

All fine, breakfast was very good with fresh orange juice and all very well presented. Friendly staff, comfortable room overall.
A bit noisy, the road outside and noise insulation between rooms is not great.

The man with glasses at the desk in the morning should find another job. Very unprofessional and not kind at all. He also forgot to book our taxi.
