Très bon rapport qualité prix à 55 euros pour une chambre supérieure en promotion avec petit-déjeuner. Bon enplacement. Literie super. Petit-déjeuner de qualité avec des produits locaux. Stationnement payant possible dans les rues adjacentes.

Nettoyage de la salle de bain très superficiel, des traces de calcaires partout et des cheveux dans la baignoire. Chauffage très bruyante, prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles.

L’hôtel est propre et les chambre rénovée. La situation géographique est pratique. Le petit déjeuner est varié.

Un peu de bruit de la circulation automobile venant de la rue même la fenêtre fermée.

Great quiet location, secure parking, friendly welcome from staff. Rooms are clean, well equipped and the beds superbly comfortable. Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice.

A bit old room and bathroom: walls, doors, old carpet. The room opens with a key and cannot be double locked from the inside what made me wonder if it was safe.

Booked at the last minute as we needed somewhere for a stop over stay, and this is a perfect example of why we use Booking.com We arrived late in the afternoon/early evening so thought we might get a better deal booking with the hotel direct. Amazingly, this wasn’t the case the price of the room at the hotel on the night was nearly £45.00 more that what we could get on Booking.com. This might have been due to the fact that it was a bank holiday weekend. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and checked us in with ease. Our room was of a decent size and whilst basic, was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. There was secure parking, which was great for €15. The receptionist told us that there was free parking across the road if we preferred. We opted for the hotel parking as we had a car full of stuff that we could leave in the car. We found a great restaurant in the square which was only a short walk from the hotel called La Faisan Dore, were the food was great and the service was really good.

Amazing breakfast available from 6 am. Free public parking opposte the hotel at weekends- this was lucky as the hotel parking was full. Our room was very spacious.

It was close to the popular places in Clermont and the staff was really hospitable.

Rather unclean. Bed sheets were not all that clean nor was the bathtub ( which couldn’t be used for bath as there was no plug ) My wife and I were travelling with our baby and, while they provided a bed for her, there was no blanket , it was basically an empty bed. Lastly, the lock on the toilets was broken so it couldn’t be closed.

The location was excellent for access to restaurants in the evening and it was easy to find and parking was easy too in their secure car park.The drinks making facilities in the room were good and included decaffeinated coffee. The choice at breakfast was very good.

The mattress and pillows were foam and therefore very hot The staff could have been more friendly and helpful. Drinks are from a machine at breakfast and it does not include decaffeinated coffee which I had to request and I was reluctantly given some sachets when I mentioned that I had requested it when booking.

the staff is amazing. very kind and helpful. they have a big heart. they made me check in at 4:20 am.

it needs a little of maintenance for the price of the room

Very convenient location for a stay in Clermont . A short walk from the cathedral.

The charging point taken by car not electric. There is no sign saying electric vehicule only.
