La chambre avait une belle vue, le lit était confortable avec du mobilier moderne et propre. La salle de bains était équipée d'une baignoire, d'une vasque avec miroir et de toilettes, le tout était très propre avec des serviettes et un nécessaire pour se laver. J'ai été enchantée d'avoir un sèche cheveux.

Les enfants qui courent dans les escaliers en criant avec aucun adulte présent pour les calmer. Étant donné que les portes des chambres donnent sur des coursives avec un espace "Petit-déjeuner" au centre et situé au rez de chaussée, les cris des enfants sont amplifiés. Heureusement la nuit fut calme....

The hotel rooms are in need of a good refurbishment. The balconies, which offer amazing views, are in a terrible state. The floor is covered with loose putty and paint. What creates a strange feeling when you look from the room towards the balcony, you see a stunning view from the window, but under the window there are gray peeling walls. Despite the fact that the photo in the booking shows balconies with wooden beams, which is very captivating with its external appearance. In the rooms themselves, the walls in some places have 3-4 shades of the main color, due to repeated touch-ups. And in some places there were completely fallen off pieces of plaster. On the ceiling there are also spots of different colors. In the bathroom, in turn, it was quite neat (except for the heated towel rail, it was painted from some things in all the colors of the rainbow, which created negligence). The lack of bathrobes seemed very strange, in the presence of a swimming pool and sauna in the complex. The pool area itself also needs to be refreshed. Actually like the main lobby of the hotel. At the very top of the inner "courtyard" of the hotel, too, many elements have fallen off and look dirty and smudged. What I liked! Excellent staff that soften the "sharp corners". And they quickly make decisions to improve the mood and comfort of the visitor. Very good hotel location. Pretty cozy buffet area. Very well thought out idea with the kitchens in the rooms! Really has everything you need (all utensils and household appliances for cooking). As for breakfast, it would be possible to add at least a few vegetables or salads. And for breakfast, be able to offer regular eggs, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs. Because not all people can eat potatoes, and even for breakfast.

the staff are really friendly and welcoming. the room had everything we needed- including a view and small kitchenette. the room was spacious to allow for our ski gear and luggage. the hotel was right next to the ski lift which was perfect. it is also close by to the bus stop which is convenient too!
