The staff members were very friendly and professional. The menu at the restaurant was good and the food was of quality.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The accommodations were absolutely lovely - my room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby each night. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options - the food was simply outstanding. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was expertly prepared and delicious, with a range of options to suit all tastes. the parking is difficult to find and then you have to walk through a strange hallway to find the hotel entrance which includes lugging your suitcases up some awkward stairs

My room was extremely clean, bright and comfortable. The breakfast area was very spacious and bright, with a good selection of food and drinks. The location is great, with the metro a five minute walk away and the sea about twenty minutes on foot. (from where you can follow the coast all the way to the city centre). I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and thought it was exceptional.

the staff initially dealing with us were not particularly friendly or helpful but the breakfast staff were nice and the staff when we were leaving were more helpful.

everything: very clean, well located for public transportation (beach, downtown), nice staff (reception and at breakfast), excellent breakfast

nothing . as it is located in a nice and busy area , you may be affected by the noise from the traffic outside .

They charged us an extra deposit of 250€ that wasnt mentioned before. After the trip, the amount was returned on the debit card

Excellent location beside velodrome in the heart of marseille , we got a lovely big room with a terrace that was fully kitted out . Staff were very friendly and courteous , i would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to watch a match

I don’t think anything is mentioned about the deposit when you are booking! Was unpleasantly surprised to find out have to pay 200 euros before I get to the room. haven’t received my deposit yet. cleaners knocking on the door and entering the room any time they like. nothing mentioned about city taxes got to pay in France.
