Was extremely impressed with the whole set up. Only stayed one night due to a flight from Bordeaux airport but it is a place I would consider going to for a longer period of time. It had such a relaxing feel to it .

Spacious apartment with full size fridge/ freezer. Large bedrooms nice lounge and dining area. Air conditioner worked well . Nice and quiet.

Shower over the bath in the upstairs bathroom where the bath became quite slippery . Had to put bathmat in bath to avoid slipping.

Clean, well equipped with all necessary appart hotel with drive in access (without a car it doesn't make sense). Secured parking fee of charge, kitchinette has all the stuff, nothing bad to say. We only stayed one night, for a family overnight stay en route from the north to the south it did the job pretty well and was absolutely worth the money.

I'm less sure about vacation appartement capabilities of the place. They seem to be positioned as a family vacation appart hôtel with a pool, terrasses and stuff but location is kind of dubious in this regard. Pretty much in the middle of nowhere, a bit far from anything interesting, hard to judge which touristic facilities can be accessible from there but I'm not aware of any. Bordeaux airport is really close. It's not a huge one so there are not so many flights but if you keep the window open, you can be sure that you will get waken up by a plane taking off in the morning. Was not really a huge problem in our case but definitely a factor to take into account.

See above. Late at night and after 1.5 hours spent trying to call 3 different numbers (all no response) and with two children in tow, we had to find alternative accommodation.

Good parking and room facilities. Small but compact. Staff are friendly.

I was staying with my baby and the neighbors are much more noisy. It's better to arrange the family room away from others.

Location was good.

The smell of the apartment !! When we entered the apartment it smelt stale, my first impression no cleaning products were used, just dirty water. You need to invest in fresh smelling cleaning products.

Very nice staff. Good location in Saint Jean d'Illac The size of the room was good. Breakfast was correct.

The pillows were horrible. The room smelled like cigarette. I had to ask the lady at the front desk to have the sheets changed. Thank God I asked this because they told me that they only clean the rooms every 7 days!!! Bad quality furniture and old fashioned also. You take a shower and the whole bathroom gets wet.

Apartment was very good. It was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. AC was spot on. Pool was great as well.

More cutlery in kitchen needed.
