Hôtel vétuste propreté limite je ne suis pas habituée à mettre des commentaires négatifs mais Je ne suis pas très contente des services en effet nous avions pris 5 petits déjeuner suite à une arrivée tardive à la borne qui n ont pas été servi car le matin nous avons trouvé porte close. J ai envoyé un message pour expliquer la situation. Aucune réponse . Donc je me suis fait arnaqué. Donc pour les autres voyageurs je me dois de signaler ce détail.

Rien. Seule chambre libre sinon je n'aurais pas choisi cet hôtel.
Le bruit, les chambres mal insonorisées. On entend le voisin uriner dans la chambre d'à côté. Un tapage toute la nuit jusqu'à 1h30 du matin. Un homme ivre qui toquait à la porte d'une chambre et faisait des allers-retours incessants. Il a fallu que j'appelle le veilleur de nuit pour qu'il intervienne. Comment est-il possible qu'il n'ait pas entendu ?! Explication d'une de ses collègues "il suit des cours de jour et dort la nuit ". Il est donc payé à dormir ? Très mauvaise expérience. Sans parler des douches : crasse sur le support de pommeau de douche. Papier toilette déroulé. Literie inconfortable. Petit déjeuner plus que sommaire. C'est ma première et dernière expérience dans cet hôtel.

It’s a basic accommodation quite cheap we can’t expect anything else. Cheap n cheerful.
Quite noisy, people were speaking and smoking on the balcony n the smoke was coming into our room it wasn’t nice .

Great location for a few hours sleep, if you are arriving late, leaving early. Do not recommend if you plan on spending time in the room awake. Beds are comfortable and clean, the rest of the room was not clean

the location was great, and the room was all we needed without additional faff or fuss
the rooms were clean enough, but the graffiti and slightly broken bits detracted slightly from the experience. other guests were noisy later than was ideal too - but not much the hotel could do about that.

We arrived at 11 pm checked in by card. Gave me room 22
Put card to room 22 Would NOT open door .Tried all other doors , went red. My room 22 not red nor green.
No body around, key card opened rom 23 - Bed unmade and very smelly . Reception would not answer phone .
Left disgusted and checked into the Ibis in St Quentin’s .
Excellent service , nice staff.Will NEVER use Booking .com a again or Premier Classe Hotels

The room next door played music all night from when we arrived at midnight until 8 in the morning when we left and just heard them "partying" all night. Understand this is tough to control but had no staff to prevent this.

I’ve stayed in several premiere classe hotels and they are usually basic but clean and comfortable. this one had stained and mouldy fittings, tiny bathroom in serious need of repair, and motel style rooms with thin walls letting in the noise of the road outside.

Convenient stop on the way to our final destination in Germany.
Rooms were like a downsized inside cabin on the Hull-Rotterdam ferries. Basic facilities and small, tanked shower/toilet room. Built to a price, clearly the title Premiere Classe is something of an exaggeration.

Window catch broken in one room, bathroom door in the other. We booked 5 people but were asked to pay more money at breakfast time as apparently only booked for 2 people?

- Room (41) ABSOLUTELY STANK of stale cigarettes. It was making us nauseous. Clearly previous visitors have been allowed to smoke in the room - gross.
- There were 2 blankets on the bed which were dirty, covered in other people’s hair and had cigarette burns on them.

Dated rooms, cigarette burns in bedding and on bedside tables, rooms too hot, daughter was bit in the beds, noise from room next door. No response to complains from both booking.com or the hotel directly. We left the room in the middle of the night as it was unbearable

The property is good value and is located just off a main road so was easy to find. We checked in very late on the 24 hour check in machine which worked just fine. Shower was nice and powerful.
We asked for a room on the ground floor as we had lots of luggage and we were given one on the second floor. My bed was a bunk bed which was quite close to the ceiling. Watch your back!
