Location, and the bed was super comfortable, couch too.

The stains on the carpet which were disgusting, the fact that there was a hole in a wall and that the staff barely reacted when I mentionned it. Also there was no spoons, forks or knives in the kitchen. Not worth the price charged!

Apartment comfortable and most facilities okay. Breakfast provided was very good.

Terrible smell in the room when I first checked in. Complained at reception and asked for an air freshener as there were no other cleaned apartments available. No air freshener available and was informed by person on reception that the cleaner hadn't turned in so that was maybe why there was the smell. Not very happy with this explanation for obvious reasons. No ironing facilities in the room as advertised on Booking.com. I come to Nantes very couple of months on business but won't be staying here again.
