Nice room and bathroom. Nuxe cosmetics are great. 10 min walking distance to old town. I will return next time.

Location was 15 minutes walking from center, which was fine. The hotel was nice and clean.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They welcomed our group with warm smiles and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. Just a short 10-minute walk away from the Notre Dame of Rouen Cathedral, we were able to explore the city's historical gems with ease. Additionally, the Jeanne d'Arc church was only 20 minutes away. The convenience and accessibility of these attractions truly enhanced our overall experience. We were delighted to find a clean and well-maintained environment. The attention to detail in terms of cleanliness was evident, and it immediately put us at ease. The shower provided a refreshing and invigorating experience, and we couldn't help but appreciate the thoughtfully provided shower gel. Despite being centrally located, the hotel managed to create a serene atmosphere that allowed us to recharge and get a good night's sleep. The curtains were effective in keeping the room dark, ensuring we woke up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

Bathroom had sewage issues, was run down and disjointed, its actually a combined IBIS and Mercure.

the shower room was looking shabby, brown stains on silicon and around the shower column. the plinth was falling off

secure parking was excellent, breakfast and the evening meal were both great

In the first room the toilet flush was broken, the receptionist moved us without a problem, but the second room had background noise which sounded like the air con (but i had switched it off) so not the best nights sleep

The room fan/ac was central control so it did not turn on to circulate the air in the room. had to open the window that has no screen. location of the hotel is great.

Room under the bar and possible noise, no skin cream available, no slippers for tourists in room, the room view was in parking not outside the hotel.

Great location for those driving and does not want to drive into the city Center. Can easily drive and park here. It has a secure basement car park. This hotel is just 15 - 20 mins walk from the Center area. The parking charges is 0.60 euro per hour. Great breakfast for 18 Euro.

Bad organisation at arrival: sofa bed for kids was not ready and we needed to wait to understand what was happening. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable and noisy. Mattresses too thin and frame too hard.
