necausebi booked standard double bed room i made sure it was double room but i was diverted to twin hed room at the end and that made me and my partner distant amd we were not happy about it

I liked how staff were prompt to answer my questions and helped me know where to look for services. Janilla went out of the were to suggest a bus ride to the Airport which was very helpful. Ange, Stéphane, Hamilton and Oum were also great in their service rendered to me and my brother.

Poor ventilation system , in need of refurbishments, very basic bathroom facilities , house keeping kept knocking two hours before check out , I was unwell and needed the facilities, but only till 1130. I stayed in three Mercure Hotels , Dieppe very good, Rouen acceptable , Cergy Pontoise not good.

Smell once entered room, first I thought someone was smoking there before, but probably it was bad ventilation. Winter blanket, although its June. No sope in bath, probably cleaner forgot to fill in. Breakfast, 16eur and no veggies next to scambled egg, at least tomatoes or cucumber.

The staff was nice, and the rooms were clean. Convenient parking for a car. Room had a mini fridge.

There was no ventilation in the toilet.
