Front desk members very helpful, very close to wanchai metro and convenience to go around. restaurant and alot of street food around very convenience.

Location is convenient to Causeway Bay and Central, but very crowded and in a busier area

Smells awful...strong mildew, moldy smell. We asked to switch room, which the staff accommodated to, but new room still smelled. This is very uncomfortable during the rainy summer season, very humid and smelly. Everything in the hotel is old and not the cleanest (bathroom wall and mirror had dust). We eventually move to Ibis Central, after 3 days, SO much better, cleaner and newer... suggest you to look there since its only 5-8 min drive away (and same price!).

The location in wanchai is really great, a lot of food around and easy access to metro, bus and tram.

Rooms are a bit smelly (mold/old) and air conditioning is noisy

All staffs are friendly and helpful. Prompt response to any request. Do not have to wait for long time for elevators. Excellent location to any transportation.

Compared to hotels of a similar class, my room (Spacious Comfort Twin) was a bit larger (23m2 vs 18m2) and the charge was reasonable. The reception staff were helpful, especially Mr Karl Chan, who was very courteous and quick in resolving problems during my 3 week stay. The Kew Space Restaurant on the M floor (see photo) is well decorated and offers Western semi-buffet on week days at a good price.

Perhaps due to Covid, many hotels have cut the frequency of room cleaning to once in 3 or 4 days, though u can ask for refill or change of essential items at any time. For the convenience of tenants, it might be better to improve room cleaning to once in 2 days .

Lovely comfortable bed and pillows, right in the heart of things. This is about our third time staying here so obviously, we think it's good value for money.

location and the size and decor of the room

no cleaning service for duration of stay. no replenishment of toiletries or coffee. calling to the front desk I was told they only clean every four days

I was given an "upgrade" room to 401. I thought it would be bigger or better. Unfortunately there were two beds in the room, though larger in size it felt smaller and cluttered. I requested one double bed. One bed was a double, the other was a twin...totally useless...

Window looking at a blank wall a few feet away. no natural lighting. Quite a miserable large room. Bathtub faucet not working properly...lever was loose, not properly connected...difficult to control water temperature.
