Lt. Buchung war Frühstück incl., es wurde jedoch mit 52€ berechnet, auf meine Nachfrage dazu wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht für high Season zutrifft! Sollte bei booking com korrigiert werden!

Het is een mooie accommodatie en de kamers waren netjes .

De kamers zijn netjes, doch zeer eenvoudig ingericht . Er is haast geen decoratie aanwezig . Vooral de badkamers zijn bijzonder klein en met goedkope materialen afgewerkt . Voor een hotel met deze standing en prijs , verwacht je toch een hogere afwerkingsgraad . La Croisette leek wel een bouwwerf, met tal van vrachtwagens, met opleggers en bouwkranen die voor het terras passeerden. Van de mooie binnen tuin van het hotel hebben we niet kunnen genieten gezien de afbraakwerken van een tent. Bovendien , was de Beach club niet toegankelijk .Van rust en ontspanning was er bijgevolg geen sprake.

The location is great. the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The food was exceptional and so was the service. Access to the property is easy with their front driveway and the valet was superb

There could have been some extra towel racks in the bathroom. But other than that the recent renovation made it the best hotel on our trip.

Good location, nice pool and garden. Staff were really nice and room cleaning was good.

A LOT of hidden charges. To use the Carlton beach chairs, even as a hotel guest, it’s €140 per person. We had to pay €52 euros for one coffee (as they said it was part of breakfast buffet and they didn’t told us breakfast was nearly €60 per person). They said dry cleaning was free for 3 items but then charged us anyway. It was kind of exhausting trying to always be on the lookout for what additionally they tried to charge. Maybe not everyone checks the bill. The room was very small too and a few things didn’t work; the mini fridge, the shower changed temperature, the sink wouldn’t drain. For £600 a night for a basic room, we felt more like we were part of a big machine that just wanted to get cash from us anywhere they could, rather than giving a client-centred experience. Just be prepared for that because it was a bit surprising for us and we left feeling a bit drained.

Après notre arrivé, pourtant parfaite, nous avons attendu nos bagages presque une heure, nous privant d'un moment plus long et ensoleillé à la piscine.
