It’s a fairly simple basic hotel, does breakfast, but we didn’t take that as surrounded by lovely cafes, bakeries etc. Right in the middle of town, lovely helpful staff, clean functional rooms, without much in the way of frills. Very happy stay

The location is just perfect. Right at the corner of the city square. Very lovely neighborhood. The city is just amazing overall. It took my breath away and exceeded my expectations. The people are very nice and helpful. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at La Victoire and we highly recommend this lovely cozy place in magical Vence. The food is on another level! We recommend all the places and restaurants we visited; La Regence Cafe, Neosud, La Farigoule, Pâtisserie Marianne.

The room was filthy! The bathroom was even worse with a shower curtain that was dirty from so many bodies using it🥴 Tried to get a room change but we were told it was too full. Would have cancelled and rebooked somewhere else but too late in the day. It was that bad I should have got a refund. The lack of investment in the property was clearly obvious and client care was woefully lacking. This place should be struck off booking.com until renovations are carried out. This is 2022 not the 70‘s!

The walls are too thin - you could here everything including a dog barking in the next room at 6am (Sunday), bathroom was very very small including room, wi-fi was not working/working very slowly

It was stated that there was plenty of "supervised" on-street parking. Not so. We know Vence, there is plenty of parking, though this must be paid for.
In this time of requirement for a high degree of hygiene, we felt that more soap should be provided. There was one virtually empty bottle in the shower and nothing by the basin.
