The place looks nice, the staff so helpful. We had a reservation for a room with children, at first we received a first floor room without elevator, but when they saw us with strollers and children so the hostess immediately gave us a ground floor room. Really appreciated

The breakfast was not great. No fresh bread and the croissants were burnt.
No elevator to access the second floor in the outside building. Was ok as we stayed just one night but if we had to take big luggage upstairs, would have been annoying

Zimmer super klein, „Bad“ ist nur ein eingebautes Fertigmodul, beim Öffnen der „Badtür“ kam uns ein ganz übler Modergeruch entgegen, Lüften im EG über Nacht nicht möglich, Frühstück: Orangensaft ist nur süße Limonade, Obstsalat stand vermutlich schon länger (war kurz vorm Kippen), insgesamt für den Preis enttäuschend

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. It definitely exceeded our expectations.
There were only net curtains on the glass door that opened directly onto the car park. A proper curtain would be appropriate

the staff seemed keen on ensuring the crockery and cutlery were fully tapped. whilst the bread scrambled had run out there were still at least ten diners but no attempt was made to replenish these .

Room had shell from pipes, so in the room it smelled like in the bathroom. And the light was very dark , in the morning it was very difficult to do anything in this dark light

Facilities were okay.
Although having booked/searched rooms for 5 ppl, Kyriad had only registered the two adults and not the children. They had to adjust the rate 😖 They said they had this problem a lot with Booking.com?
Remote was missing in one of the two rooms, rendering the TV useless, very small rooms and bathrooms.
