Staff is very professional and attentive. Breakfast is superb.

Wi-Fi connection could be much better - right now it's almost impossible to work from the hotel.

Close to central train station. It took less that 5 minutes walking distance. Room was quite basic, but ok for a short stay. Breakfast - not a super selection, but everything was delicious. There is a fridge on every floor with drinks and even beer free to enjoy.

Soundproofing - I could hear everything in next rooms. Location is little bit remote. It takes ~10 minutes walking to reach old city part.

Great location near the train station. Very kind staff. And as others have mentioned, really nice touches, such as the ice cream, tea and coffee, and complimentary cold drinks made my stay just that extra special. Excellent breakfast and WiFi. The rooms could be updated a bit, but I’m sure that will eventually happen and certainly didn’t detract from my comfort. Will come back the next time I find myself in Oldenburg.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very large and comfortable.

Although the room was very clean, the bathroom floor had not been mopped, there was dust and blond hairs on the floor (I have dark hair). Also the shelf over the toilet seat was dusty. The rest of the bathroom was very clean. Perhaps they tried to rush to get our room ready. I think it was an overlooked from the cleaning staff. The WiFi connection was not strong enough for a class I had on Zoom.

Room was comfortable, with a tiny balcony. Breakfast was excellent, with good coffee an friendly waitresses.

The location was good as it was close to the train station and not too far of a walk into the city. Breakfast was included and was excellent. There were many options for both cold and warm foods and coffee was available throughout the day. The room was very basic, but fit all of our needs.
