Posizione ottimale a pochi passi dalle metro di superficie che, partendo dall'aeroporto e terminando a Potsdam, attraversano tutta la città.

Sijainti erinomainen. Helppo liikkua muualle kaupunkiin- lähellä bussit ja junat. Paljon kauppoja ja ruokapaikkoja lähellä. Upea kattoterassi, jonka sisätiloissa oli aamiaistarjoilut. Aamiainen perushyvä ja riittävä.
Huone siisti ja tilava.
Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia. Onneksi ei ollut vielä kovin kuumia päiviä. Sänky oli huono. Sängyn jouset tuntuivat ja kuuluivat varsinkin kääntyessä eli laadukkaampi sänky olisi tarpeellinen uudistus.

Very near to China Town on Kantstraße and Charlottenberg, the gem area of Berlin surrouned by many chic resturants and cafe only by walking distance :)

Понравилось месторасположение, кровати, наполнение номера, уборка каждый день (мы сказали об этом на ресепшене)
Мыться было не удобно, в номере 303 протекает вода при приеме душа под душевую дверь и стоит на полу, что очень опасно (можно поскользнуться и упасть). Стоимость завтрака несколько завышена относительно содержимого. Вода питьевая только за оплату. На улице в магазине намного дешевле. Ну и непонятно вообще как найти ресепшен. В проходе в отель никакой информации нет. Оказывается нужно подняться через задний двор на 7-й этаж. По-русски за 4 дня мы только 1 раз разговаривали на ресепшн.

Our room was at the end of a corridor, quiet from hotel noise. There is street noise, when windows are open for ventilation.

Location is awesome, clean and professional staff at reception.All were very friendly & helping.I forgot my charger and check out and then called in evening about the charger which I left in the room and they were having my charger and returned to me.Really professional staff.

"The staff are very nice people and very attentive. Despite requesting a room with a single bed for two people when we first arrived, they arranged a room with a double bed. When we reported the issue, they immediately worked to resolve it. The location is very central. One day, the coffee machine suddenly broke down and I tried to help, but I couldn't. And I can't forget the person working at the reception desk that day :) "

No utensils in kitchenette and staff didn’t provided. They Offered breakfast instead for kids and than charged us during checkout.

This hotel is very conveniently located close to public transports, shops and restaurants. It has a large terrace area adjacent to the bar, which is very pleasant when the weather is nice and temperatures agreeable.
It would have been nice to have a coffee/tea making facility in the room.

Lovely and very kind staff, the room itself was very clean, beds ultra comfortable. In the bathroom we found everything we needed and even more. The location was great, lots of shops and food places around, it was easy to get everywhere thanks to metro located next to hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay!
