Hier und da müssten mal kleine Reparaturen durchgeführt werden. Z.b Brausestange in der Dusche defekt, Wasser lief schwer ab

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unsere Meinung nach ist das Hotel aber selbst für diese Lage zu teuer und vor allem zu laut gewesen.

Wer gerne ruhig schläft sollte sich ein anderes Hotel suchen. Selbst mit Ohrstöpseln (die vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt werden) ist es sehr laut in den Zimmern (der Marktplatz ist die ganze Nacht stark frequentiert, auch bei schlechtem Wetter und dann ab 6 Uhr erneut durch Straßenreinigung und Co). Die Zimmer waren ok. Allerdings haben wir für den Preis insgesamt mehr erwartet. Es gibt keine richtige Lobby. Das Hotel besteht quasi aus Treppenhaus und Aufzug (beides sehr in die Jahre gekommen). Der einzige Sitzbereich außerhalb der Zimmer befindet sich im vierten Stock beim Frühstücksraum. Dieser Bereich ist jedoch nur zu den Frühstückszeiten geöffnet.

Loved the family room, large size and very clean. Best we've stayed in.

The windows could be thicker, but we coped with the outside noise ok.

The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The Nespresso machine was great. The bathroom was lovely. It's nice to have a window in the bathroom. The location is excellent. We parked at the Schloss garage around the corner and it's only 8 Euros for 24 hours.

We arrived during a crisis. The hotel was undergoing major repairs due to a water problem. This meant the lovely roof terrace was unavailable to guests. Having stayed here before, the terrace was one of the reasons why we chose to return so we were disappointed about the situation. We were given one key card between us which meant one of us had to go downstairs to let the other in when we separated. I should have asked for another card, but the workmen were using the elevator and climbing the stairs to the fourth floor a second time didn't appeal. There didn't seem to be any air-conditioning in the room, despite a key chain with "Klima" on it. There was a standing fan. Fortunately, the weather was not as hot as it can be in August. I was too warm during the night, but we opened the windows wide and the room was quiet until the workers arrived at 8.00. Breakfast was in the cafe downstairs. The shop assistants didn't seem to have a standard breakfast for us. It was okay, but not the buffet breakfast we had expected.
